Description

The company is a materials science and engineering business. Its equipment makes the chips and advanced displays used across the electronics industry, and its equipment and services support AI and next-generation semiconductor chips.

This role leads cross-functional projects and uses data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights to improve operational performance. You will manage several projects at once, build executive dashboards, and work with business leaders to turn operational problems into measurable gains.

Success is measured by on-time delivery of strategic projects, adoption of dashboards and analytics tools, gains in operational KPIs and business performance, more automation and less manual reporting, accuracy of insights given to leadership, and stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects and programs from start through deployment and sustainment, defining scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Run project governance, track milestones, communicate with stakeholders, and report to executives so that projects finish on time, within scope, and in line with business goals.
  • Coordinate work across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Manufacturing, and find process improvements that support operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence solutions for operational and strategic decisions, including executive-level visuals and reporting tools.
  • Analyze complex operational, financial, supply chain, and performance data to find trends, risks, and opportunities, and produce recurring and ad hoc analytics for leaders.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models to improve planning, forecasting, and performance, and keep data accurate, consistent, and well governed across reporting platforms.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, machine learning, statistical methods, and automation to speed up reporting, improve data quality, and find new insights, and work with stakeholders to turn their challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Explain technical findings as clear business recommendations and executive presentations, and act as a trusted advisor on metrics, reporting strategy, and performance management.
  • Train and support end users on dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service analytics.
  • Lead continuous improvement work using data-driven methods, and standardize reporting processes, KPIs, data management, and best practices for analytics governance, project management, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, data analytics, information systems, operations management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in project management, business intelligence, data analytics, operations, or similar roles.
  • A record of leading cross-functional projects that delivered measurable business results.
  • Solid background in business analytics, reporting, and performance management.
  • Experience with large datasets and building executive dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a similar BI platform.
  • Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and automation technologies.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and reporting architecture.
  • Preferred: PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
  • Preferred: experience supporting Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Engineering organizations.
  • Preferred: project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methods.
  • Preferred: experience developing predictive analytics or machine learning solutions.
