Description

The company makes the materials science and engineering equipment found in nearly every new semiconductor chip and advanced display worldwide.

Its equipment is central to AI and to bringing next-generation chips to market.

You will learn how projects are run, how to manage change and win stakeholder support, how business processes get documented, how to communicate with executives, how to work across functions, and how programs are governed.

The strongest candidates are organized, clear communicators who want to build skills in project management, business operations and organizational communications.

Responsibilities

• Support project management work, spending most of your time on documentation, communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce project artifacts and keep project documentation current.
• Coordinate communications with teams across functions.
• Support change management for strategic business initiatives.
• During the internship you may improve project documentation libraries, draft communication plans for strategic initiatives, and write executive-ready project status updates.
• Build reusable templates and process documentation.
• Present your work and recommendations to project leadership.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• You write and speak clearly.
• You stay organized and manage your time well.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• You can handle several assignments at once and set priorities.
• You pay close attention to detail and hold your work to a high standard.

Conditions

Based in Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA.

Full-time schedule, classed as an intern or student position.

No travel required, and relocation is not offered.
