The CRM centre of excellence has over 1,000 technology specialists, data scientists, strategists, consultants, operations experts and creatives from 55+ nationalities, helping well-known brands build customer relationships.

This senior role puts you in charge of large CRM and marketing projects for major global brands, from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and rollout of CRM and loyalty programs for leading global brands.
• Run highly personalized client communication campaigns, from first concept through to global launch.
• Manage global client relationships day to day as a trusted strategic partner who keeps projects successful.
• Build project scopes, detailed timelines and budgets so deliverables land on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Keep several multi-stream projects on schedule and within budget, and champion project governance.
• Manage enterprise stakeholders worldwide.
• Write project status reports and prepare presentations for executive client meetings.
• Act as the link between project managers, developers, data scientists and creative designers across the globe.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management in CRM, digital marketing or an enterprise agency environment.
• Proven experience working with large global brands.
• Extensive experience managing key stakeholders across complex, multi-region departments.
• Solid understanding of data-driven workflows, technical projects and enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in CRM, web and/or marketing automation environments.
• Strong command of enterprise platforms. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud is ideally needed.
• Experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors is highly preferred.
• Ability to own deadlines, estimates and budgets with precision, backed by confidence and discipline.
• Excellent written, verbal and executive presentation skills in English.
• An adaptable, delivery-focused leader who drives work forward proactively and offers a positive, solution-driven approach.
• Comfort working across global matrix organizations, with a clear view of the big picture and close attention to detail across several workstreams.
