Description

The company builds software that supports real-world hospitality experiences. Its first product is an agentic CRM built for hospitality brands.

The first product is a starting point. The company plans to grow into a set of products for the hospitality industry, and the first one's performance will shape what comes after. It already works with well-regarded multi-venue groups across the country, is expanding quickly, and is hiring the person who will shape how the market learns about it, both now and as its product range grows.

Responsibilities

  • Be the company's first marketing hire, building marketing from scratch. Turn a strong product and a small group of high-profile customers into a steady source of demand.
  • Write copy, run campaigns, build the website and organise events.
  • Work directly with the founder and closely with the sales team.
  • Define the company's master brand and the plan for launching and positioning each future product.
  • Shape positioning and messaging for the current product. Customers face the same problem from different roles, so the message must resonate with each of them.
  • Create collateral, case studies, decks and outreach sequences that help sales close deals, and generate qualified pipeline for them.
  • Turn customer results into case studies, testimonials and references. Examples include tens of thousands of duplicate profiles cleaned and wins in proving revenue attribution.
  • Plan and run events and field marketing, from industry conferences to small, intimate dinners, where buyers already spend time.
  • Own the brand, the website and the overall narrative.
  • Lead go-to-market for each new product line, covering naming, positioning, launch campaigns and a playbook for introducing it to an audience that already trusts the company.
  • Measure results by tying spend to pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics.

Requirements

  • 2, 5 years in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with real experience at an early-stage company or building something from zero.
  • Someone who gets things done: you can write the email, brief a designer or design it yourself, launch the campaign and read the results in the same week.
  • A strong writer and storyteller who can make a technical product sound human and make a buyer feel understood.
  • Comfortable working without a playbook, since you will be writing it.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several projects at once.

Conditions

Work in person five days a week at the SoHo office.

Benefits

  • Health, dental and vision coverage, with FSA and HSA options.
  • Daily lunch from some of New York City's best restaurants, with you choosing every spot in your first week.
  • Salary of $90K, $150K plus equity.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Access to hard-to-get reservations in New York City.
