Description

The company is a high-growth SaaS business with more than 300 staff across the UK, US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. It is Great Place To Work certified and is building a multi-channel platform for branded business communications.

Its email signature platform is used by over 80,000 organizations worldwide to keep employee emails consistent, compliant and on-brand.

As global campaign manager, you will bring that product to market. You will run integrated multi-channel campaigns from concept through to pipeline reporting, work with regional go-to-market teams, lead campaign associates and agencies, and help set up an AI-first way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated multi-channel campaigns that match global priorities and regional targets, ranked by pipeline gaps and product milestones.
  • Turn launches, customer proof points and messaging themes, such as communications governance and brand consistency, into campaigns that generate inbound and new pipeline.
  • Handle each campaign from concept to email and landing page copy, A/B tests and measurement.
  • Present results to senior leaders in clear overview decks.
  • Advise senior stakeholders and link marketing activity to business priorities.
  • Coordinate digital, social, PR, design, events, analytics and product marketing teams on joint campaigns.
  • Work with regional go-to-market leaders to grow market presence and give sales teams assets, from account-based marketing plays to webinar invitations.
  • Manage expectations and competing priorities, and clear blockers early.
  • With product marketing and subject matter experts, produce articles, reports, whitepapers and digital content for IT professionals and business leaders.
  • Keep messaging and brand consistent across channels.
  • Manage, mentor and develop campaign associates, giving clear direction and support.
  • Coordinate internal teams and agencies to maintain quality and follow global processes, and share playbooks with the wider team.
  • Run campaigns, attribution and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Improve the company website through content planning, A/B testing and conversion work, working with SEO and digital teams on discoverability.
  • With the Head of Marketing, design an AI-first marketing stack and use AI tools daily for research, content assembly and reporting.
  • Assess new AI capabilities as they launch, decide what to adopt or drop, and advise how each fits the CRM ecosystem.
  • Measure activity against pipeline contribution, marketing-influenced revenue and conversion, and use the findings to improve ROI.
  • Track budgets and vendor invoices, flagging variances early.

Requirements

  • At least six years of marketing management in B2B software or a comparable enterprise setting, with a record of successful initiatives.
  • Proven leadership, including managing, mentoring and developing campaign associates.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign execution, content development and digital marketing, covering digital advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email and website management.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, busy organization.
  • Strong project management, with several initiatives running at once across regions and product lines.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, including executive-level presentations.
  • Sound problem solving, composure under pressure, tact, discretion and a good sense of humour.
  • Business-level English.
  • Advantage: additional languages and EMEA experience.
  • Preferred: experience with CRM and reporting platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Power BI.

Conditions

Flexible working is available, including the XFlex programme and a work from anywhere allowance.

Applications are welcome from all backgrounds, and every candidate is considered fairly without discrimination on any protected characteristic.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay and generous paid time off.
  • Enhanced leave for all new parents, regardless of gender, family structure or path to parenthood.
  • Fully funded healthcare, insurance and income protection, plus 24/7 virtual care.
  • Employee assistance programmes covering mental health, legal and financial support.
  • Contributory retirement plans and savings support.
  • Subscriptions to Calm and Blinkist, fitness and lifestyle credits, global travel assistance and a wide range of discounts.
