Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Campaign Delivery
  • Support the Account Manager and Director in developing media and audience strategies to meet client goals.
  • Assist with campaign planning and delivery, ensuring accurate implementation against best practice.
  • Build strong working knowledge across DSPs, flagging optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with the campaign management team to ensure tactical media plans are correctly implemented, contributing to weekly performance and pacing meetings.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, turning metrics into clear, actionable insight.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day troubleshooting, escalating more complex issues to the Account Manager or Director as needed.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Support the Account Manager and Director in managing client relationships, acting as a link between clients, traders, and finance teams.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering client reporting and performance updates.
  • Build relationships with technology partners and publishers, staying current on new capabilities.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate effectively across Account Management, trading, analytics, and campaign engineering.
  • Support and mentor more junior team members where relevant.
  • Follow internal processes and SLAs, and feed back observations to help improve how the team works.
  • Be an expert in finance, ensuring campaigns deliver as planned, and that financial reconciliations are completed with accuracy and on time, to minimise any billing queries.
  • Bring curiosity and initiative, we build our own tech, so be willing to get stuck in with scripts, algorithms, and AI, we welcome ideas for smarter ways of working.
  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication skills, with a willingness to build client-facing confidence.
  • Solid quantitative and analytical ability, with an interest in data storytelling.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, comfortable asking questions to get to the right answer.
  • Advanced Excel and broader MS Office fluency.
  • Genuine curiosity and a hands-on approach to learning the ecosystem.

  • Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
