The company is a high-growth SaaS business with over 300 staff across the UK, US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
It is moving toward a multi-channel platform for branded business communications, and you would help shape how it communicates globally.
The company holds Great Place To Work certification.
This is an in-house design lead role for the marketing team, setting the look of the brand wherever customers and prospects see it. It is hands-on and works closely with the brand, content, demand generation and product marketing teams.
Creative comes from in-house templates, AI-assisted production, freelancers and agencies. You would decide what you design yourself, what gets built from templates or AI, and what goes to an agency, then check all output. Core web pages need redesigning for answer engine optimization (AEO), and the partner and account-based marketing (ABM) programs are expanding, so speed matters.
Responsibilities
Keep the brand system, templates and guidelines current and easy to use
Review work from the team, freelancers, agencies and AI tools, giving clear, constructive feedback so everything published meets brand standards
With the brand team, decide which requests you design, which go to agencies, and which come from templates or AI, based on audience, visibility and shelf life
Build well-documented, reusable templates in Figma and/or Canva that colleagues can edit by hand or use with AI tools such as Claude
Brief, direct and review external design partners, keeping handovers simple
Design full campaign asset sets so every touchpoint stays consistent, including social ads, web and display banners, email and email signature banners, landing page graphics and infographics
Create conversion-focused ads for LinkedIn and other paid channels to each platform's specs, with variations for testing
Turn product imagery and UI into polished digital assets for paid, web and sales enablement
Adapt assets for partner and ABM programs, accounting for differences between audiences
Work with demand generation to use performance data to improve ad creative
Lay out landing pages and core website pages, with imagery, applying UX best practice
Work with the web, content and SEO teams to speed up core page redesigns for AEO
Hand off Figma designs clearly to developers and web agencies
Bring creative ideas to events and activations, from concept through to production files
Design event materials in every format, from large-format banners and lightbox graphics to digital signage loops and giveaways
Prepare print-ready artwork and work with print suppliers
Use AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway and Claude to speed up production
Test new tools and workflows, and document guidelines so the wider team can use them
Check every AI output for accuracy, brand voice and quality before release
Manage several campaigns and requests at once, set priorities clearly and keep stakeholders updated on timelines
Work with brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, web and channel teams to understand what each asset must achieve

5+ years of experience in brand, marketing or graphic design, preferably in B2B, SaaS or tech

UX knowledge for landing page and website layouts
Confident, regular use of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway and Claude, plus a view on the newest and best options
Ability to use AI critically, knowing when and how to apply it while keeping brand quality and accuracy
