Description

The company designs, builds, manages and modernizes mission-critical technology systems that many people rely on daily.

The role sits in the experience design group and focuses on how people work alongside autonomous AI agents.

The company is moving quickly and aims to make its workplace and customers' environments more equitable and inclusive.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design work that links insight, creativity and delivery for the next generation of computing, with a focus on the AI UX side.
  • Define the mental models and interaction patterns that let people work smoothly with autonomous agents, going beyond screen layouts.
  • Run user research to find friction in the human-AI relationship and build journey maps that make multi-step agent reasoning clear to end users.
  • Create dynamic interaction patterns that handle AI latency, ambiguity and errors, so users stay in control of autonomous processes.
  • Lead workshops and usability tests that weigh what users want against what is technically feasible, working with creative technologists and AI engineers.
  • Design the hand-off points where an agent needs human approval, building transparency and trust into automated workflows.
  • Push for accessibility and inclusive AI experiences that work for users from many different backgrounds.
  • Develop and communicate a clear point of view on how agentic AI shapes human-centered design, aligning teams across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
  • The company does not currently require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are placed at a client, customer or partner site, you may need to show proof of vaccination under that site's policy. People who believe they qualify may request a medical or religious accommodation before their start date.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX, experience design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of enterprise or innovation studio work.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design and usability testing.
  • Comfort facilitating co-creation sessions and presenting to clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience working with developers and product managers to turn research into delivery.
  • Fluency in Figma, Sketch or similar prototyping tools.
  • Experience with emerging AI assistants such as Figma Make, MiroAI, Adobe Firefly or Lovable.
  • A point of view on how AI can drive human-centered design and co-creation.
  • Preferred: direct experience with AI, agentic AI/UX or data-driven design.

Conditions

Equal opportunity applies; the company welcomes people of all cultures, backgrounds and experiences.

Benefits

  • Access to state-of-the-art tools and work with Fortune 100 clients.
  • Benefits that offer choice and support you and your family through major life events, wherever you live.
  • Access to industry learning programs with certifications from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Skillsoft and others.
  • A company-wide volunteering and giving platform where you can donate, start fundraisers, volunteer and search over 2 million non-profit organizations.
  • Inclusion networks that help employees find support and advice.
