Description

The company is a SaaS provider with more than 300 staff across the UK, the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

It is evolving into a multi-channel platform for branded business communications, so people who join now help shape its direction.

The team values fairness, inclusion, psychological safety and continuous learning, and the company holds Great Place To Work certification.

This is a hands-on, high-impact fixed-term role for someone who can recognise strong sales talent early.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for BDR, Commercial Account Executive and Enterprise sales roles, from intake through to offer and close.
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for the sales teams, helping the company find, assess and hire the people behind its next phase of growth.
  • Hire into other teams when needed, including Marketing, Support and Engineering.
  • Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, agree interview plans and set clear expectations on timelines and process.
  • Actively source candidates and build talent pipelines in the Boston market, using your own network and new channels.
  • Screen candidates and run structured interviews that assess skills, motivation, coachability and culture add.
  • Identify the markers of a high-performing salesperson and advise hiring managers accordingly.
  • Organise interview panels and keep the candidate experience smooth and professional at every stage.
  • Keep the ATS accurate and current, and apply the hiring process consistently.
  • Share market insight and report on pipeline and hiring progress to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and keep improving how the company hires.
  • Support offers, negotiations and pre-boarding so strong candidates join and stay.

Requirements

  • Significant experience recruiting sales talent in SaaS or tech, ideally across SDR/BDR, mid-market and enterprise roles.
  • A strong network in the Boston area and a record of building pipelines through proactive sourcing.
  • A sharp sense of what a great salesperson looks like, with the judgement to back it up.
  • Skill in running structured interviews and giving clear, balanced feedback.
  • Collaborative, with a knack for building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and colleagues across time zones.
  • Methodical and organised, with a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Experience using an ATS. The company uses Greenhouse, but experience with it specifically is not required.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving setting, balancing several roles at once.

Conditions

Based in the Boston office on an initial fixed-term contract of 12 months.

Reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition in London and works day to day with the Senior Sales Director and sales leadership in Boston.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and considers all candidates fairly, regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, nationality, age, gender, marital status, disability, neurodivergence, caring responsibilities, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay and generous paid time off.
  • Flexible working, including the XFlex programme, and a "work from anywhere" allowance.
  • Enhanced leave for all new parents, regardless of gender, family structure or path to parenthood.
  • Comprehensive healthcare, fully funded insurance and income protection, and 24/7 virtual care.
  • Mental health, legal and financial support through employee assistance programmes.
  • Contributory retirement plans and savings support.
  • Subscriptions to Calm and Blinkist, fitness and lifestyle credits, global travel assistance and a range of discounts.
