Description

The company is the market leader in healthcare AI. It has built the world's largest clinical frontier model, which supports nearly 50 million patients each year.

The company's AI is used in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Founded in 2016, it has raised over $500 million and received a record number of FDA clearances for its solutions.

Physician numbers are not keeping pace with growing patient volumes, and the resulting misdiagnoses and treatment delays cause hundreds of thousands of deaths each year. The company's software marks disease directly on medical images so clinicians can catch it early and get urgent patients seen sooner.

This role sits in the Radiology business, which covers established diagnostic AI and newer tools for comprehensive interpretation and AI-generated reports. AI is reshaping what radiology can do, and you will help radiologists and radiology leaders understand that shift and why they choose the company.

You will set market strategy, positioning and go-to-market execution for the Radiology business. The role is strategic and hands-on, suited to someone who already knows radiology workflows, imaging technology and how departments assess and adopt new tools. You will work with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to turn market insight into product recommendations, positioning and sales execution.

The team has more than 500 employees worldwide and is focused on improving healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Own the value proposition and differentiation for the Radiology offering, presenting diagnostic capabilities, workflow gains and AI-generated interpretation as clear clinical and operational value.
  • Learn customer needs first-hand through visits, time in reading rooms and field work. Spot unmet needs, barriers to adoption and shifting priorities, and feed these into product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Monitor competing products, workflows, clinical evidence and regulatory status. Use this to sharpen positioning, guide sales and recommend product changes.
  • Work with Product Management as capabilities take shape. Judge customer need, workflow fit, differentiation and commercial potential, challenge assumptions and identify the evidence adoption will require.
  • Lead segmentation, messaging and launch strategy for new Radiology solutions, working with Marketing, Sales and Enablement to prepare the market, customers and sales teams.
  • Write presentations, messaging, talk tracks and competitive tools yourself. Give commercial teams clear narratives and the evidence to back them in customer conversations.
  • Build trusted relationships with radiologists, department heads and key opinion leaders. Join strategic customer discussions, help on competitive deals and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, product strategy or comparable commercial work, with substantial time in radiology, imaging informatics, clinical AI, PACS, reporting or medical imaging software.
  • Solid grasp of radiology workflows, department priorities, imaging technology setups and how technology purchases get decided.
  • Proven product marketing skills in positioning, messaging, customer discovery, competitive strategy and launches.
  • Enough technical fluency to understand imaging AI, foundation models, generative tools and workflow software, and to turn them into customer value.
  • A record of using customer contact and competitive insight to drive product recommendations and commercial moves.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, with hands-on experience creating messaging, customer decks and sales materials.
  • Sound strategic judgment and credibility with customers. You can form your own view, challenge assumptions and influence Product, commercial and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and hands-on, able to move from strategy to detailed execution.
  • Good knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market and willingness to travel regularly for customer and field work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field.
  • Advanced degree is preferred.
