Description

About Aidoc

Aidoc is the market leader in healthcare AI and has developed the world's largest clinical frontier model, supporting nearly 50 million patients each year.

Aidoc is deployed in more than 2,000 medical centers worldwide. Since our founding in 2016, Aidoc has raised over $500 million and achieved a record number of FDA-cleared solutions.

Medical diagnosis is hitting a breaking point, where the number of physicians hasn't kept up with the rapidly growing patient load. This leads to misdiagnosis and treatment delays that result in hundreds of thousands of deaths every year. Aidoc assists clinicians by precisely highlighting diseases directly on medical images, preventing misdiagnosis and ensuring that urgent patients receive the immediate attention they need.

About this role

The Director of Marketing Operations builds the systems, data, and processes, and reporting that help Aidoc turn marketing investment into measurable account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue. This leader owns our marketing technology roadmap, campaign operations, lead lifecycle, and performance reporting, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

Aidoc sells into complex healthcare organizations with long, multi-stakeholder buying journeys. The right person will make our technology work as a connected system for enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing. Our ecosystem includes Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Cloudingo, iCapture, Revealed, Databricks, and Userled. We are evaluating a possible move from HubSpot to Marketo; this role will assess the tradeoffs and lead the migration if approved.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing operations strategy. Set the roadmap, priorities, standards, and team structure to support Aidoc’s growth goals. Advise marketing leadership on investment, capacity, and measurement.
  • Lead the marketing technology stack. Govern HubSpot and its integrations with Salesforce, LeanData, iCapture, and the rest of the marketing tech stack. Manage vendors, contracts, and the martech budget.
  • Evaluate and execute platform change. Assess HubSpot and Marketo against Aidoc’s requirements, total cost, integrations, security, and scalability. If a move is approved, lead the HubSpot-to-Marketo migration, including data and field mapping, lifecycle and campaign design, integration testing, consent and deliverability checks, cutover, and adoption.
  • Run the lead and account lifecycle. Own capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, Sales handoffs, and service-level agreements. Align definitions and Salesforce campaign practices with Sales Ops and RevOps.
  • Enable enterprise and ABM programs. Build the data, segmentation, and campaign operations that support multi-stakeholder healthcare buying groups and coordinated plays across priority accounts.
  • Make performance visible. Improve data quality and reporting that connects campaign engagement to account progression, opportunity movement, pipeline, revenue, and efficiency. Explain attribution assumptions and limitations.
  • Scale execution. Create repeatable processes for campaign setup, QA, launch, and post-campaign learning. Identify practical opportunities to use automation and AI to improve speed and reliability.
  • What success looks like
  • Within the first year, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps share trusted funnel definitions and reporting; lead routing and campaign operations are reliable and repeatable; data quality and visibility into marketing’s contribution have improved; and the martech stack is fit for Aidoc’s needs. If a HubSpot-to-Marketo move is approved, it is delivered against agreed milestones with data integrity, campaign continuity, and user adoption protected.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Experience owning marketing operations or a major martech program at a B2B technology company; enterprise or healthcare technology experience is a plus.
  • Deep hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform and Salesforce, including their data architecture, campaign practices, and integrations.
  • Experience planning or executing a marketing automation migration. HubSpot-to-Marketo migration experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in lead and account lifecycle management, scoring, routing, funnel metrics, campaign operations, and attribution.
  • Experience leading marketing operations at a company that takes part in 80+ events per year.
  • Analytical rigor, sound data-governance practices, and experience building reporting that supports business decisions.
  • Experience managing technology vendors, contracts, and budgets; clear communication with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Working knowledge of privacy, consent, and email requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
  • Working at Aidoc
  • We’re a dynamic, collaborative and fast growing team of more than 500 global employees, committed to improving the world of healthcare. We’re looking for mission-driven people excited to do transformative work.
  • We have offices in Barcelona, Tel Aviv and New York City, but Aidoc is a remote-first workplace.

Benefits

  • A range of medical, dental and vision benefits
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • Flexible time off to enjoy the autonomy to take time off as needed to rest and recharge without vacation accrual limits, while coordinating with your manager and team to ensure business continuity and project goals are met.
  • A 401(k) plan with company match, life insurance, plus long- and short-term disability
  • The opportunity to directly improve medical care and impact patient outcomes
  • Aidoc is deeply committed to creating an inclusive workplace, and to the principle of equal opportunity for all individuals. We prohibit discrimination and harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law.
