Description

The company/BevMo! is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to bring our biggest marketing initiatives to life.

You’ll own BevMo!’s integrated approach for campaigns across brand, talent partnerships, cultural moments, and strategic growth initiatives, turning an idea or business priority into a clear, coordinated plan across channels, teams, and partners.

This role sits at the center of the work. You’ll connect strategy, creative, media, partnerships, performance, CRM, and external partners to ensure campaigns don’t just get developed; they get launched, show up cohesively, and make an impact.

We’re looking for someone with a strong point of view, a bias for action, and a genuine sense of ownership. Someone with impeccable taste who holds themselves and their work to the highest standard. You should be equally comfortable shaping the plan, writing the brief, pushing the creative, solving the problem, and getting the work out into the world.

The company/BevMo! moves quickly. Priorities evolve. The best person for this role knows how to create clarity from ambiguity, bring people with them, and keep moving.

While the perfect candidate will spend 3-days onsite at our Concord, CA office, we are open to California-based employees who are willing to travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in brand marketing, integrated marketing, media/publishing, agency strategy/creative work, or all of the above.
  • A track record of taking ambiguous challenges and turning them into shipped experiences, not decks.
  • Strong startup instincts. You define the process, chase the approval, and cover the gap nobody assigned to you.
  • A high bar for creativity and craft, with the taste to know good from good enough.
  • The business backbone to defend a decision with numbers, not just conviction.
  • Experience managing partners, budgets, and multiple live projects at once, without dropping any of them.
  • Direct, efficient communication.
  • Motivated to win.

Conditions

The company pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Exceptions may be made for exceptional individuals. For additional information on this role’s compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in the company’s equity incentive plan.

Base Salary Range : $145,000 - $175,000

At the company, we know that life can be unpredictable. Sometimes you forget the milk at the store, run out of pet food for Fido, or just really need ice cream at 11 pm. We get it—stuff happens. But that’s where we come in, delivering all your wants and needs in just minutes.

And now, we’re assembling a team of motivated people to help us drive forward that vision to bring a new age of convenience and predictability to an unpredictable world.
