Looking to start a career in business development and marketing at an international professional services company?

The company is hiring a motivated, proactive intern for its Business Generation & Marketing team in Italy. You will get hands-on experience in business development, marketing, communications and events, working alongside experienced colleagues in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and format tender and proposal documents.
• Help create and update presentations, project sheets, CVs and other marketing materials.
• Help run internal and external events, handling logistics and communications.
• Support marketing and communications work, including digital content and internal messages.
• Research markets and companies to inform business development.
• Keep marketing and business development documents, databases and templates up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Gain exposure to business development, marketing and communications in a global firm.
• Work on projects across real estate, infrastructure and other key sectors.
• Receive mentoring and support from senior professionals.
• Build professional, communication and organisational skills in an international environment.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or a related subject.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Italian and English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and the ability to work well in a team.

Conditions

Based in Italy.
