Responsibilities

  • Field Marketing is the primary liaison between Field Sales and Corporate Marketing. The Field Marketing Manager must identify and generate awareness and demand using a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics, including regional trade shows, conferences, field events, direct mail, and ABM campaigns. Their main goal is to move accounts through the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle for prospects and customers by executing marketing programs. There will also be a focus on developing customer- and partner-centric programs in this role.
  • This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Field Marketing. 30% of US travel is expected.
  • Strategic Field & ABM Execution: Design, execute, and optimize integrated regional field marketing strategies and ABM campaigns that directly generate pipeline and accelerate sales velocity across target accounts.
  • Sales Alignment & Pipeline Ownership: Establish tight strategic alignment with Sales Leadership, AEs, and ADRs; co-develop rolling 6-month territory marketing plans to achieve regional MQL and pipeline goals.
  • End-to-End Program Leadership: Manage full-lifecycle event execution, vendor relationships, multi-touch integrated campaigns, and budget allocation to maximize event ROI and lead conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital, and Partner/Channel teams to ensure cohesive regional messaging, event enablement, and field support.
  • Data-Driven Performance & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign pipeline metrics, ROI, and attribution to continuously optimize field tactics and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Field Enablement & Advocacy: Champion product positioning, enablement toolkits, customer success stories, and campaign resources across regional field teams to drive outbound opportunity generation.

Requirements

  • Key Competencies:
  • Sales Alignment: Proven ability to partner strategically with sales and ADRs to translate revenue goals into targeted field marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft multi-channel, regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline expansion, prospect acceleration, and measurable business impact.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Skill in orchestrating cross-functional execution across Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Channel Partners, and External Vendors.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of enterprise B2B marketing, sales funnel, account-based marketing, and event strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and guiding field marketing execution.
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel fundamentals from Top to Bottom, and the activities that move prospects through to close.
  • Savvy enterprise B2B marketer with expertise in live events/face-to-face programs and virtual events.
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and strong interpersonal skills to get the best from partners in the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Project management and budget management capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 6+ years of Field Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent area of study.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and Outreach is a must.
