A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Develops program marketing plan including strategies, objectives, tactics and budget.

Conducts market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of health care financing, organization, systems and standards for care delivery to support program marketing plans.

Initiates market research regarding economics of care delivery.

Establishes and executes promotional strategies required to support program marketing plan.

Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand customer needs.

Also develops and maintains relationships with internal business unit, marketing and sales staff to develop and execute the program marketing plan.

Required knowledge and experience

Master's degree and proven marketing leadership experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and demonstrated expertise within the Western European healthcare market, particularly in Cardiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).

Minimum 8 years of experience in international roles.

Proven experience launching products and developing value propositions for innovative healthcare technologies, especially AI-driven solutions.

Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills within complex matrix organizations.

Ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiency.

Strategic mindset with a track record of balancing long-term marketing strategy and near-term execution.

Experience in digital marketing, channel strategy, and close collaboration with commercial and sales organizations.
