Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Description

The company makes a cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily use, aimed at high blood pressure, the world's most common disease, which causes 18M deaths a year.

It is a venture-backed scale-up that has raised $96M from investors in Europe and the US.

The device is built on 18 years of research at a Swiss electronics and microtechnology centre (CSEM). It is the world's only medically accurate device of its kind, clinically validated and CE marked as a Class IIa medical device. It is sold in 12 countries, and the US launch took place in July.

The company works remotely first and is headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

The team values impact guided by data, learning quickly from mistakes, and putting the team first.

Responsibilities

• Find and recruit creators on relevant platforms in each market.
• Design campaign concepts that serve the brand and commercial targets.
• Estimate likely reach, engagement, traffic and sign-ups to guide creator choice and budgets.
• Agree fees, deliverables, timelines and rights to use content, including in paid campaigns.
• Run each partnership from brief and content review through publication and reporting.
• Build lasting relationships with creators and ambassadors that grow awareness, trust and advocacy.
• Work with paid media to boost top-performing creator posts on paid social and other channels.
• Set goals, track brand and performance metrics and compare results with your forecasts.
• Use results and audience insight to refine creator selection, formats and spending.
• Align campaigns with marketing, product and approved health claims.
• Create repeatable processes that scale across the US, UK, Germany and other markets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on influencer or creator marketing, including managing partnerships end to end.
• Data-driven, able to forecast outcomes, assess results and act on what they show.
• Sharp creative judgment and an understanding of how creator content builds trust and demand.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with creators and their representatives.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
• Experience in health tech, wellness, medical devices or another field where trust and accurate claims matter is welcome.

Conditions

Remote-first role, performable from anywhere in Europe.

Fluent English and German are a must.

Occasional travel to the Neuchâtel office or to team events may be required.
