  • Shape go-to-market plays with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations/Delivery leaders to drive revenue.
  • Gather real customer proof points, executive narratives and industry use cases, and grow a reusable library of thought leadership and market intelligence.
  • Use generative AI to speed up research, content, enablement and knowledge work without lowering quality.
  • Set up scalable PMM processes, templates and measurement, and mentor developing product marketing talent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B product marketing in enterprise technology or technology-enabled services.
  • Direct professional experience in software testing, QA, test automation, crowdsourced testing or quality engineering.
  • A proven record of building product positioning, messaging frameworks, GTM strategy and practical sales enablement assets.
  • Hands-on use of Salesforce, HubSpot and modern sales enablement and marketing automation tools.
  • Practical experience using generative AI workflows in content, research and enablement.
  • Industry experience in, or familiarity with, payments, financial services, retail or enterprise SaaS.
  • A builder mindset with full ownership and the initiative to carry projects to completion.
  • A servant leadership style, committed to mentoring and to supporting cross-functional success.
  • Deep curiosity and commercial sense to turn complex technical capabilities into strategic customer value.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
  • High standards held with low ego, putting team outcomes and continuous learning first.
  • Strong collaboration across sales, product, marketing and delivery teams.
