Field Marketing Specialist - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Description

The role supports targeted marketing campaigns across a branch network of an Irish electrical wholesaler, with a focus on HubSpot CRM, customer communications, email marketing and personalisation.

It sits in the Marketing team and works with Sales, Purchasing and Branch Teams to build customer engagement, lead generation and sales.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, based at the company's HQ.

Responsibilities

• Run HubSpot CRM campaigns, workflows, email journeys and customer segments.
• Build and send email campaigns and personalised customer messages.
• Keep mailing lists and customer data up to date and in line with GDPR.
• Support product launches, supplier campaigns and promotions.
• Write marketing material such as emails, web copy and sales collateral.
• Track campaign results and report on them with recommendations.
• Visit branches to help activate campaigns and check brand compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations and supplier partners.
• Contribute to customer engagement and lead generation work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in marketing, campaign management or channel marketing.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience running email campaigns and customer communications.
• Experience working with several stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong project management and organisation.
• A full driving licence and readiness to travel to branches as needed, with 50, 60% of time on the road.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, email marketing and campaign reporting.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail and the capacity to juggle several priorities.
• Solid IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Desirable: B2B marketing experience.
• Desirable: experience in wholesale, distribution, construction or industrial sectors.
• Desirable: experience with Power BI, Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.

Conditions

Based at the HQ, with travel to branches for 50, 60% of the time.
