Responsibilities
You will set and run the performance marketing strategy and paid media spend, aiming at new customers, revenue growth and brand awareness across a widening set of channels.
Working with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will grow an existing acquisition engine, set up an in-house center of excellence for performance and brand media buying, and manage a growing team of performance marketers. You own the strategy and financial results of the media spend, weighing short-term revenue against longer-term demand.
Following the acquisition by Capital One, you can shape a fast-growing media budget, test more emerging channels and build stronger measurement to guide spending decisions.
You own paid media strategy and spend across brand and growth, and answer for qualified pipeline, self-serve signups and the revenue they bring in. Brand sets campaign vision and brand KPIs, and you build full-funnel media plans to deliver them.
Manage and optimize a growing, multimillion-dollar media budget, weighing acquisition volume, LTV and incremental revenue.
Build an in-house digital media center of excellence, moving brand media buying away from a traditional agency model while using platforms and managed services where they help.
Grow existing paid search and paid social on LinkedIn and Meta, and increase spend on YouTube, connected TV, programmatic and other upper-funnel channels.
Create an integrated full-funnel investment plan that links demand creation and brand awareness to acquisition, pipeline and revenue.
Work with Marketing Operations, Data and Finance to improve measurement, forecasting, budget pacing and allocation across channels.
Turn existing attribution and customer journey data into insights, and build reporting and analysis frameworks that shape media strategy and optimization.
Run fast experiments across channels, audiences and creative, restructuring underperforming campaigns and scaling what works.
Work with Brand and Creative teams on high-performing static and video ads, giving practical feedback on messaging, formats and creative results.
Lead and grow the performance marketing team, setting clear accountability, scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows to get more output from the team.
