ERP Project Manager (m/f/d)

Description

The company is running strategic ERP initiatives that will shape how the business operates. The role leads complex, cross-functional transformation projects across the Enterprise Systems landscape, working with business and technology teams to turn ambitious ideas into working results.

The role brings structure to complex projects, mainly with internal stakeholders, with an emphasis on transparency, sound governance and lasting business value.

Responsibilities

• Take approved business initiatives and turn them into structured project plans, then deliver them from kickoff through go-live and handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project and Delivery Managers, delivery teams, QA teams and implementation partners, so projects stay aligned, on schedule and focused on value.
• Run project governance by leading Steering Committees and managing scope, budgets, risks, dependencies and decisions, with clear communication across the whole lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, mainly internal, and manage external implementation partners and vendors where needed.
• Choose the right methodology for each project (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid) and help improve project management standards across Enterprise Systems.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects, ideally in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, CRM or similar business domains.
• Have managed large cross-functional initiatives and coordinated several workstreams, mostly with internal stakeholders, while engaging external partners confidently when required.
• Know both Agile and traditional project delivery methods.
• Hold certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or IPMA, or have worked as a Scrum Master; these are a strong advantage.
• Bring structure to complex environments, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and enable teams to reach successful business outcomes.

Conditions

If the role does not require an on-site presence, the place you work from can be arranged individually, including up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.
