Description

The company is an AI analytics platform used by more than 5,200 customers, including Atlassian, Burger King, NBCUniversal and Square. Its AI agents help product, data and marketing teams test and improve user experiences. G2 ranked it first in several categories in its Winter 2026 Report.

The role leads the Agentic the company and Growth product teams. You will own the strategy and delivery for AI agents, MCP and headless capabilities that help customers reach value sooner, use the product more deeply and stay longer. You are accountable for both what gets built and whether customers adopt it. The role reports to the VP of Product, Core.

Responsibilities

  • Set the AI product vision and roadmap. Decide how existing agents and MCP and headless capabilities should evolve, which new agents to build for high-value customer problems, and how customers can use the product from where they already work, including coding agents, IDEs, chat tools and other AI platforms.
  • Lead a verticalization strategy by building purpose-built agents and workflows for specific industries and use cases such as e-commerce, media, fintech and B2B SaaS, guided by customer research and market sizing.
  • Own growth by finding and pulling the levers that drive activation, engagement, retention and expansion.
  • Define quality for AI. Set up evals, benchmarks, guardrails and feedback loops so agents are accurate, trustworthy and ready for enterprise use, and so you can see when quality improves or slips.
  • Shape AI pricing and packaging with Finance, Product Marketing and Sales, covering how AI capabilities are packaged, priced and monetized.
  • Hire, lead and coach product managers and designers. Hold a high bar for product craft, give clear and actionable feedback, and actively develop your team's careers.
  • Act as the voice of AI and Growth, leading thinking internally and externally for customers, analysts, partners and the community.
  • Work with Core Analytics, Data Platform, Wave, Experimentation and other product teams to find ways AI can drive adoption and retention. Work with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on launches, enablement and field feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers and, ideally, designers.
  • 2+ years building AI products, with recent hands-on work shipping agentic products such as LLM-powered agents, tool use or orchestration, and MCP.
  • Growth experience owning activation, engagement or retention metrics and using experimentation and data to move them.
  • Experience launching 0-to-1 products and scaling them to meaningful adoption and revenue.
  • Enough technical depth to discuss model selection, evals, latency and cost trade-offs, and AI safety and governance with engineers.
  • Experience running complex initiatives in close partnership with engineering and design.
  • Strong communication skills for telling a clear, compelling story to executives, customers and large audiences.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and rapid change, with a roadmap that shifts alongside the technology.
  • A record of setting ambitious goals and meeting them through clear strategy, disciplined execution and collaboration.
  • Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS, analytics, data or martech products.
  • Experience: 5+ years.
  • Visa: US citizen or visa holders only.
