Sign Up to ReadAt Bristol Myers Squibb, our employees often ask, “Who are you working for?”—a question that fuels collaboration, accountability, and urgency in our work. Our purpose-driven culture inspires us to discover, develop, and deliver innovative medicines to prevail over serious diseases. We offer uniquely interesting and meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment that values inclusion, wellbeing, flexibility, and comprehensive benefits. This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.
This position is a Technical Product Manager accountable for the product direction, technical architecture decisions, and business outcomes of the global Events and Meetings platform, including Veeva Events Management and its integrations with HCP contracting, payment, and data systems. The role is a modern technical product leader: someone who understands software, data, APIs, and AI deeply enough to shape the product, and who is strong enough with people to learn the Veeva, pharma, and Events and Meetings domain quickly and partner closely with the business.
The product manager is the accountable owner of product strategy and adoption for event owners, meeting managers, commercial and medical stakeholders, engineering teams, and Veeva and other vendors. The role owns the product vision and roadmap, makes integration and data decisions with engineering, and uses rapid prototyping and experimentation to test ideas before committing build capacity.
The role leads the design of AI-enabled capabilities for events, such as intelligent recommendations, automated summaries, anomaly detection in spend and attendance data, and agentic workflows, and it is accountable for moving them from experiment to production responsibly, in line with BMS AI policies, data privacy rules, and validated systems requirements.
The role is US-based with regular collaboration across global teams, vendors, and product owners.
Princeton - NJ - US: $135,320 - $163,976
