Description

The company makes cloud-based software for manufacturers, covering manufacturing execution, quality management and enterprise resource planning. Analysts have recognised its platform as a market leader in manufacturing execution.

You will join the Enterprise Platform team, which owns the core capabilities that control how data is connected, secured, modelled and moved across manufacturers' systems.

You report to the Group Product Manager for Platform, Data and AI.

This is a senior product leadership role for a PM who is ready to take on wider platform leadership, sitting where technical depth, customer work and influence meet.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, roadmap and delivery plan for the data and integration platform, covering APIs, events, identity and access management, integrations and core data services. Define clear measures of business impact.
  • Shape enterprise strategy, including prebuilt integrations, cross-cloud support and the platform features large manufacturers need at scale.
  • Direct API and integration strategy, moving toward modern REST, event-driven and MCP-compatible interfaces.
  • Build capabilities that shorten implementation time and lower total cost of ownership, such as sandbox tenant tooling, prebuilt connectors and implementation agents.
  • Be the main product voice for enterprise customers and go-to-market teams, leading discovery, advisory sessions, executive alignment and enablement.
  • Work with the MES, QMS and ERP product teams so that data, events and integration definitions support their roadmaps and reduce fragmentation across the platform.
  • Lead other product managers and business analysts, and raise the standard of product work across the group.

Requirements

  • You have built integrations, designed APIs, implemented enterprise systems or led API modernization at some point in your career, and you bring that technical fluency into product decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • This role involves ITAR-controlled technical data, so you must be a U.S. person under 22 C.F.R. § 120.62: a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual (asylee or refugee), or someone granted asylum or refugee status.
  • Preferred: typically 8+ years in product management, including a senior or lead PM role at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
  • Preferred: a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, with an advanced degree as a plus.
  • Preferred: hands-on work in integration, API development or solutions architecture, where you built or implemented something rather than only managed it.
  • Preferred: experience leading API modernization toward REST, event-driven, webhook or MCP-compatible interfaces.
  • Preferred: a track record of enterprise customer engagement, such as discovery, advisory boards, executive briefings or pre-sales, with strong executive communication.
  • Preferred: go-to-market experience covering messaging, launch planning and enablement for technical platform capabilities.
  • Preferred: experience managing or mentoring product managers, with a clear investment in their growth.
  • Preferred: experience working across a platform PM organization with several concurrent domains, holding areas broadly rather than one deeply.
