Sign Up to ReadHolds, limits, locks and closures are useful fraud tools, but used clumsily they catch good customers in needless friction, add work for operations teams, and push customers to leave. The team's view is that banking should feel easy and smooth, not hard to follow or stressful.
As Product Manager for Fraud, you will build products that help the company use these tools well and balance a good customer experience against fraud prevention. You will learn how customers, their accounts and the money movement products work, then build systems that protect customers and the company from fraud. You will work across functions on products for end users and for internal risk teams.
The company wants someone who can lead the effort to rethink how risk friction is applied, measured and tuned, so that banking can feel seamless.
The company is a fintech company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services are provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.
Base salary ranges for this role: US employees in any location, $200,700 - $250,900 USD; Canadian employees in any location, $189,700 - $237,100 CAD. Offers depend on experience, expertise, geographic location and internal pay equity with peers.
Equal opportunity boilerplate is omitted here for brevity.
