Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior product manager on a remote contract. You will help set the direction for new solutions and tools that support business goals, working with leadership and department heads.

The role covers a product from early discovery through release, rollout into daily business processes, and ongoing improvement. You will also connect business stakeholders with technical teams and keep everyone aligned.

You will work alongside business analysts, designers and engineers, and you may take on smaller projects or individual product stages on your own when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to shape the vision for new solutions and tools that drive business outcomes.
• Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions that fit both technical capabilities and business priorities.
• Manage the whole product lifecycle: discovery, requirements gathering, release, adoption within the business process, and continuous optimization.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, keeping communication clear and transparent at every stage.
• Review current processes, find opportunities for automation, and put effective fixes in place.
• Coordinate with business analysts, designers and engineers, and take ownership of niche projects or individual stages when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or tech-driven setting, with delivery results you can measure.
• A track record of analysing business processes, optimizing them and leading digital transformation.
• A strong analytical approach that relies on data to guide decisions.
• Good judgment on whether a problem needs a build or can be solved without development.
• Experience creating automations that streamline processes and manual work.
• Working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools for early prototypes and testing hypotheses.
• Clear communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• Self-directed and well organized, comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Business analysis background is a nice to have.
