Description

The company is an AI analytics platform used by more than 5,200 customers to build better products and digital experiences.

Its AI agents are built into the platform so teams can analyze, test and improve user experiences more quickly.

The agentic team owns the company's AI agent strategy. It has shipped a global agent, custom agents and an MCP surface, and it keeps releasing new products at pace.

The team is small and works fast, valuing curiosity, autonomy and close cross-functional work. It iterates rapidly and revises its approach as models and underlying technology change.

This is the product lead role for the whole area. You would set strategy and vision, lead design and engineering, and act as the company's voice on agentic products.

Success means a clear agent and MCP strategy that leadership and the field teams can explain consistently, higher adoption of current agents and MCP features alongside new agentic products for emerging needs, and broad MCP use in customer workflows beyond the platform's interface.

The company's values are humility, ownership, a growth mindset and customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Set the direction for the agent and MCP products over the next 12 to 24 months and decide the priorities that will shape investment.
  • Define the product vision for how agents help customers reach insights sooner, decide with more confidence and take the right actions to improve their products.
  • Extend MCP so customers can use the platform from a coding agent, a CLI or an IDE, not only the web interface.
  • Build the evals, quality standards and feedback loops needed to show customer value and improve the agent experience.
  • Speak with customers regularly to learn their workflows and find new agent use cases.
  • Work closely with the field organization so they can position, demonstrate and support the agent products well.
  • Act as a thought leader, setting best practices internally and for customers.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of product management experience, including taking 0-to-1 products from concept to shipped release.
  • Over 3 years building AI or ML products, with recent hands-on work on agentic products.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of LLM trends, models and tools, including context management, latency, eval methods and common failure modes.
  • Experience building systems that show whether a probabilistic product is improving over time.
  • A track record of running complex initiatives closely with engineering and design.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast change, and with a roadmap that shifts as the technology does.
  • A history of setting ambitious goals and reaching them through clear strategy, disciplined execution and teamwork.
  • Overall experience of 8+ years.
