Description

You will take early-stage ideas and shape them into products that deliver real value to customers and to the company.

You will look ahead to where the market and customers are going, decide which opportunities deserve pursuit, and lead building products that add to the company's portfolio and produce measurable returns.

This role is about growth, not upkeep. You will own a set of initiatives from start to finish, bring structure and disciplined execution to complex work that spans several functions, and make careful prioritization calls. You will work closely with engineering, design, research and senior product leaders to move promising ideas into products that customers want and that lift adoption, growth and return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Find and size market opportunities by combining customer insight, market and competitor signals, and the company's data, so you can choose where to compete, which customer segments to target and what return to expect.
  • Write business cases, weigh each initiative on business impact, effort and risk, and keep a clear, well-communicated roadmap that lines up with the product managers who own core products.
  • Set success metrics, guardrails, ROI targets and stop conditions before development starts, and decide how results will be measured.
  • Guide product decisions from end to end: frame the problem, set scope, test assumptions with customers, and decide whether an initiative moves forward, changes direction or ends.
  • Work directly with enterprise clients, senior internal stakeholders and early adopters to test ideas, collect feedback and improve products.
  • Spot risks and raise trade-offs early so work stays focused and on track.
  • Work with research and design to build strong user experiences rooted in behavioral science and the company's research standards.
  • Lead cross-functional product launches alongside the launch program manager.
  • Raise product management standards, practices and skills across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience (required).
  • 6 years of product management experience, with responsibility for product strategy and delivery, including 2 years owning a complex product with several stakeholders (required). Program or project management work helps but cannot replace product ownership.
  • Proven ability to size opportunities, build business cases and rank product investments by business impact (required).
  • Solid experience managing stakeholders, including enterprise clients and senior executives (required).
  • Experience with B2B, B2B2C or multisided products (preferred). Direct consumer engagement and retention skills are a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, edtech, HR tech or assessment platforms (preferred).
  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches (preferred).
  • Familiarity with assessment or psychometric content (preferred).
  • Standing out: you judge opportunities by customer value, ROI, revenue, retention and cost, and you recommend when to invest and when to stop.
  • Standing out: you explain complex ideas clearly, earn the trust of senior stakeholders and enterprise clients, and bring teams along.
  • Standing out: you combine customer insight, market signals and behavioral data to decide, set useful success measures and judge results objectively.
  • Standing out: you have run every phase of product delivery, balance daily execution with long-term strategy, and own the outcomes.
  • Standing out: you build prototypes with current LLM tools and APIs, have shipped or planned model-driven features, and can judge AI performance and work with data scientists on model quality and trade-offs.
