Description

The company is a retail influencer marketing platform built to help brands launch products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and BestBuy. Enterprise brands use it to bring influencers in to create social content, drive traffic, collect product feedback, and grow share of voice, so their online sales ramp up faster.

The company is a small, profitable start-up growing very quickly. It believes current e-commerce marketing is broken and aims to bring measurable return back to marketing by putting technology in influencers' hands.

Responsibilities

  • You will build features for the company's enterprise SaaS platform, which the largest brands in the world use to launch new products.
  • You will also work on the company's mobile app, which more than 2 million creators use to join campaigns and connect with the company clients.
  • You will deliver, test, and hand off new features with the Head of Product and the development team.
  • You will drive adoption by creating training tools and documentation that help clients and internal staff use new features well.
  • You will work with the Head of Product, engineering, design, and other team members to develop and launch projects.
  • You will write clear product requirements, define UX requirements alongside the design team, and build deep expertise in the company's products.
  • You will spend at least 25% of your time working between product and go-to-market. You will help the sales team with sharper proposals, precise answers to hard product questions, and data that shows buyers the value of the work.
  • You will join sales and client calls for discovery, demos, and renewals, and learn about customers directly.
  • You will gather customer feedback and recurring patterns from the field and turn them into platform work.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in product management, program management, solutions consulting, or analytics, and understand the product development process well.
  • You are comfortable analysing performance data in Excel or Google Sheets and finding the insight that matters. SQL is a plus.
  • You explain complex ideas simply, both in writing and live on calls.
  • You are at ease with senior stakeholders at enterprise brands and can answer detailed questions confidently.
  • You want to understand how products are built and why, and you want to grow in a product career.
  • You care about the team's success and act on problems without waiting to be asked.
  • You have built enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, or social products.
  • You have a proven record of owning products or projects from start to finish.
  • You have worked with product, UX, engineering, and sales teams.
  • You have strong product and UX judgment.
  • You pay close attention to detail and communicate well.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and organisational skills.
  • You think critically, learn fast, and collaborate well.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can work in a fast-moving environment.
