Description

Ready to do the most impactful work of your career? At the company , we are uncompromising on our mission to increase economic freedom. The bar is high, the environment is intense, and we like it that way. This isn't a place for complacency, it’s a place to be pushed past your perceived limits. If you're ready to build the future of finance alongside people who refuse to settle for "good enough," you belong here. The company is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” Learn more about working at the company .

As a Group Product Manager on the AI Foundations team within the Platform product group, you'll own the product strategy and roadmap for the core AI building blocks that every team at the company depends on. This team owns the LLM Gateway, model selection, MCPs, knowledge and context primitives, evaluations, and additional AI infrastructure that powers autonomous and assisted AI experiences across the company. You'll define how the company builds, governs, and scales its AI capabilities, turning foundational primitives into reliable, secure, and high-leverage tools that accelerate product development and operational efficiency company-wide.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the multi-year vision for AI platform capabilities, identifying emerging technologies and industry shifts that inform investment priorities and architectural decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for AI Foundations, spanning model infrastructure, context and knowledge primitives, integration frameworks, and evaluation systems.
  • Drive adoption of AI primitives across the company product and engineering teams by building self-serve capabilities, clear documentation, and compelling internal developer experiences.
  • Lead model governance strategy, defining how the company evaluates, integrates, and manages large language models across cost, quality, latency, and safety dimensions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance to ensure AI infrastructure meets the company's standards for reliability, compliance, and responsible use.
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of defining and shipping platform primitives or developer-facing products that achieved broad internal or external adoption.
  • Deep technical fluency in LLM architectures, model serving, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and agent-based systems, with the ability to engage directly with engineers on design tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, security, legal, and finance in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
  • Builds conviction with senior and executive stakeholders around ambiguous, high-stakes platform bets, articulating complex technical strategy, investment cases, and tradeoffs in clear narratives that drive alignment and resource decisions.
  • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
  • Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below). Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
  • Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus):
  • $243,865 - $286,900 USD
  • Application Limit: Candidates may submit a maximum of 3 applications within a 6-month period.
