Description

The company is an AI platform for medtech, trusted by over 500 medtech companies, including 16 of the top 20. Commercial teams use it to pick target markets, find the best opportunities and grow sales by combining real-world healthcare data with AI insights.

It ranked 316th on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private US companies and made Forbes' 2025 list of 25 venture-backed US startups seen as most likely to reach a $1 billion valuation. Investors include Stepstone Group, Benchmark, Redpoint Ventures, ICONIQ and Atreides Management.

This role is product management for the platform's data assets, models and agentic AI features. The team sits between engineers and customers, turning user needs into capabilities, using data and AI to set priorities, and aligning technical and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own shared agent capabilities that improve the company's AI and speed up other teams. Understand customer problems in depth, define desired outcomes and acceptance criteria, rank work strictly and ship with care.
  • Prototype, test and release new agentic capabilities with engineers and small, agile cross-functional teams.
  • Run discovery with customers, product marketing and other teams to find unmet needs and turn them into scalable software.
  • Use AI in your own work, such as research, analysis and content, and in the product, using LLMs and automation where they add user value and set the company apart.
  • Write and speak clearly and often. Build a roadmap that keeps everyone aimed at clear goals and outcomes.
  • Balance near-term and long-term bets: deliver measurable results now while moving toward a long-term product vision.
  • Own the key metrics that track product and business results.
  • Act with integrity, curiosity and ambition, putting users, the team and the business first.

Requirements

  • Motivated by building exceptional products and a winning AI company.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B, with a record of shipping strong software.
  • 1+ years leading and building AI solutions.
  • Experience building complex data products within a cross-functional team.
  • Hands-on technical skill you use daily: digging into data, writing code with AI tools and tracking metrics.
  • Solid product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, metrics, user feedback loops and go-to-market alignment.
  • Daily use of AI tools and experience delivering AI-powered features, with a realistic view of what LLMs can and cannot do.
  • Track record of making sound tradeoffs under ambiguity, balancing technical limits, business priorities and strong personalities.
  • Careful attention to detail. You write things down, communicate concisely and tell stories with data.
  • Curious, questioning and eager to improve the product. You build empathy for customers and act quickly to solve their problems.
  • Drawn to hard problems, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to set priorities and make tradeoff decisions.
  • Nice to have: built healthcare-specific data products within a cross-functional team.
  • Nice to have: prior product management experience in vertical, growth-stage AI solutions.
  • Nice to have: experience with LLM integration, data-driven solutions, or complex user roles and personas.
  • Nice to have: ability to build prototypes with tools such as Claude Code.
  • Nice to have: deep desire to understand and empathize with a dataset before using it.
  • Nice to have: demonstrated mentorship or leadership in previous PM roles.
