Description

The company builds an AI platform for MedTech. More than 500 MedTech companies use it, including 16 of the top 20, to find target markets, spot strong opportunities and grow sales.

The platform pairs real-world healthcare data with AI-driven insights to help companies, from pre-commercial to enterprise, decide where and how to sell so they can speed up adoption of medical technology.

The company ranked No. 316 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America and appeared on Forbes' 2025 Next Billion-Dollar Startups list, which names 25 venture-backed US companies most likely to reach a $1 billion valuation.

Investors include Stepstone Group, Benchmark, Redpoint Ventures, ICONIQ and Atreides Management.

The team is made up of agentic builders who rely heavily on AI development practices to deliver value to customers faster. Engineers take extreme ownership, work across the organization to create customer impact, and share their intentions, problems and learnings openly.

You would join the Application Engineering Team, which builds the core of the product for VPs, marketers, sales ops and sales reps. The team helps MedTech sales teams define their markets and find high-potential opportunities.

You will work on all parts of the current product and future development, building end-to-end features across web and mobile alongside PMs, designers and engineers. The team also values a fun, collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers, engineers, product managers, designers and others to shape solutions to real-world problems.
  • Build key features and workflows that help patients get the latest medical technology.
  • Use data to find product improvements, fix performance issues and spot new opportunities.
  • Help shape how the team works by improving processes and strengthening the team.
  • Find new tools and technologies that help the platform scale and run faster.
  • Share your knowledge and help up-and-coming engineers grow.
  • Build with agentic tools such as Claude Code and Codex, and push what is possible with agentic development.
  • Contribute to projects across multiple stacks, including JS, React, TS, GraphQL, Node.js, Python and SQL.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a software engineer working on product.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Education, training and professional experience are all considered.
  • A strong focus on customer needs and on driving impact in an environment that moves quickly.
  • Full stack skills with TS, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or other relational databases, BigQuery and other Google Cloud services, or equivalent technologies.
  • Curiosity about new technologies and agentic tools, and enjoyment of learning them.
  • A team player who leads with empathy and by example.
  • Nice to have: experience building agentic experiences, such as tool use and function calling, multi-step reasoning, or orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or similar.
  • You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.

Conditions

Remote-first: the team works from wherever they do their best work across the US.

Expect 4-5 in-person opportunities a year, through company and team on-sites and in-person work on critical projects.

If you live near the Boston hub, there is no set requirement for how often you come into the office. You decide what works best for you and your team.

Pay is competitive cash compensation plus equity and benefits. It depends on location, scope and complexity, experience and expertise, and market data, and may differ from the ranges below.
