Description

A nonprofit humanitarian organization that responds to severe crises worldwide, helping people recover health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and control over their lives after conflict or disaster. Founded in 1933, it works in more than 40 countries and 29 U.S. cities.

This role supports the delivery of digital marketing and fundraising initiatives. You will run day-to-day project workflows, coordinate production and bring teams together, working closely with senior colleagues who set campaign strategy and performance targets.

You will be the main point of coordination between online and offline acquisition, retention, the Creative Studio and other key stakeholders. Your job is to make sure campaigns, web assets and digital experiences ship on schedule, match the brand and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Run campaigns and web assets from start to finish, including ad copy, creative, video, web imagery and donation forms.
  • Act as the main contact for the Creative Studio: take in requests, do first-pass review, submit creative, and oversee QA and approvals so output meets performance and brand standards.
  • Keep timelines, workflows and documentation current across several projects at once.
  • Move every deliverable efficiently from concept through production, QA and launch.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, such as ad trackers, so status, assets and timelines are accurate and visible.
  • Serve as the single intake point for digital production requests from teams including acquisition, retention and planned giving.
  • Set priorities among competing requests so work supports organizational goals.
  • Keep mass markets, creative, analytics and technology teams in communication with each other.
  • Send regular campaign updates, summaries and key learnings to stakeholders.
  • Support launch and optimization of digital campaigns for specialized and priority projects, such as planned giving, peer-to-peer, lead generation or pilots.
  • Monitor peer-to-peer platform activity, track new fundraisers and handle inbound questions.
  • Work with stakeholders to build landing pages, donation forms and supporting assets that follow digital best practices and Creative Studio workflows.
  • Make sure campaigns and assets fit the wider digital strategy, the donor journey and cross-channel plans.
  • Help boost organic social content with paid promotion, working with the social media team.
  • Coordinate web asset development, including landing pages, donation forms and campaign experiences.
  • Manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests on donation forms and web assets, and support the Digital Marketing Senior Officer in evaluating web tools, pilots and digital features.
  • Set up and optimize Gift-in-Kind ad campaigns, such as Google ads and LinkedIn Grant, deciding with internal stakeholders how to use the budget to get results.
  • Check that every asset meets brand, UX and accessibility standards.
  • Verify tracking, naming conventions and campaign setup on each platform.
  • Find ways to improve workflows, production efficiency and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating creative production, including copy, design and video.
  • Ability to manage many stakeholders and competing priorities at once.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign workflows.
  • Comfort working with web platforms, CMS tools and basic technical concepts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable: experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Jira.
  • Desirable: basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web production.
  • Desirable: experience in nonprofit or fundraising marketing.

Conditions

Pay range is $77,600 - $88,889 per year. Ranges depend on factors such as the labor market, job type, internal equity and budget. Final offers are set by work location, the candidate's experience and skills relative to the job requirements.

This position is open only to candidates who already have work authorization in the location where it is advertised.
