The company runs a large consumer portfolio and an advertising business for brands, and is rebuilding its marketing function.
The Marketing Operations team focuses on making marketing planning and execution more predictable through structured planning, disciplined delivery and scalable systems.
This role is the Flex version of Marketing Program Manager. You will run smaller end-to-end campaigns on your own and support Senior Marketing Program Managers on larger, more complex cross-functional initiatives.
You will work on the systems, workflows and cross-team processes that help teams move fast, stay aligned and deliver strong marketing across channels. You will plan upstream, forecast resourcing, spot operational gaps and keep the company's internal teams and external agencies working together smoothly.
Responsibilities
Run day-to-day operations for small to mid-sized campaigns across paid media, owned and operated platforms, social, web, email and CRM, and experiential activations.
Support Senior Marketing Program Managers by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones and coordinating deliverables on the company's highest-profile vertical campaigns.
Connect Brand, Product Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, Media, Social, Analytics, Legal, Creative and Production so campaigns run cohesively and tell a consistent brand story.
Build, keep current and enforce detailed timelines, workflows and task dependencies in enterprise project tools such as Asana, Jira or Airtable.
Work with Media and CRM execution teams to track asset requests, manage submission deadlines and make sure production needs are met before launch dates.
Own campaign status tracking and health reporting so every stakeholder can see milestones, blockers and timelines.
Plan and run tactical alignment meetings, stand-ups and campaign retrospectives, and make sure action items are recorded, assigned and closed.
Align Marketing, Creative, Production, Media, Analytics, Legal, Product and external agencies around shared goals.
Spot risks, dependencies and operational gaps early in planning so campaigns can succeed.
Build and manage integrated project plans, workflows, timelines, stakeholder communications and governance processes. Keep programs on time, on brand, in scope and aligned with business goals, and track milestones, budgets, deliverables and performance metrics.
Requirements
You are a highly organized program manager who has run integrated marketing programs at pace and works well at the point where marketing meets operations.
You bring structure to complex, multi-stakeholder work with competing priorities and shifting business needs. You can act as the single point of contact and source of truth, anticipate problems early, and get hands-on with timelines, workflows and delivery details.
You communicate clearly in writing and speech, build strong relationships, and solve problems in ambiguous situations across internal and agency teams.
You have 3-5+ years of marketing operations, project management or production experience on an in-house brand marketing team or at a creative agency.
You understand the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns, from creative briefing through multi-channel execution.
You have worked in collaborative, matrixed teams with partners in brand, media, creative and legal.
You are proficient with enterprise project and workflow tools such as Airtable, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira or similar.
You manage competing tactical priorities well in a fast-paced setting and communicate clearly on organization and status.
You use AI as a regular part of your work, including drafting, analysis and automation, and you use it to speed up execution and improve results.
You know when AI should be used and when human creativity, judgment and accountability are needed.
You share AI-enabled approaches and best practices with peers, and help grow AI adoption across the Marketing organization.
You understand technical production across digital, social, video formats and lifecycle marketing mechanics.
Project management certification such as CAPM, PMP or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
Experience tracking localized marketing production budgets or vendor deliverables is a plus.
You take initiative, look for solutions and are comfortable bringing structure to unclear situations.
Duties also include following company policies, using sound judgment, working safely and inclusively with others, being trustworthy, meeting expectations, and protecting business operations and brand integrity.
