Description

About the company

At the company, we're building identity and access infrastructure for the agent-native era, where software isn't static but a dynamic, constantly changing system of AI agents working on behalf of people and businesses. The company gives every agent a verified identity and issues short-lived, task-scoped credentials at runtime, so agents can only do what they were asked to do, and every action is fully auditable.

Responsibilities

  • We're hiring our first Revenue Marketing Lead to turn marketing into predictable pipeline for Sales. We sell top-down to large enterprises and we're launching a developer self-serve motion, and both need programs that reliably bring the right people to the table. You'll design and run those programs across events, campaigns, and account-based marketing, and you'll work side by side with Sales to make sure every program ends in real conversations.
  • This is a hands-on role. You'll set the strategy for where we invest, and you'll also write the campaign brief, pick the venue, and check that follow-up actually happened. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing on priorities and budget. As we learn which programs work best, you'll help decide how to scale them and what the team needs next.
  • Set the strategy
  • Pipeline planning: Work with Sales and RevOps to set pipeline targets, decide which programs support them, and measure what's working.
  • Event strategy: Decide which conferences, side events, and dinners are worth our time and budget, and what success looks like for each.
  • Budget: Manage the marketing program budget and agency relationships, and help plan resourcing for next fiscal year.
  • Run the programs
  • Events: Plan and run our event program, including sponsor deliverables, side events, logistics, swag, staffing, and follow-up that gets leads to reps within days.
  • Demand gen campaigns: Build campaigns from targeting to offer to sequencing, working with product marketing, design, and RevOps.
  • Nurtures: Create and improve nurture tracks for enterprise prospects and self-serve users, so interest turns into conversations.
  • Account-based marketing: Work with Sales on target accounts and account plans, and run programs for them such as targeted ads, direct mail, and executive dinners.
  • Paid media: Run paid programs directly or through an agency, and tie spend to pipeline.

Requirements

  • Pipeline track record: You've built demand gen and event programs at a B2B technical company that produced measurable pipeline for an enterprise sales team.
  • Hands-on event experience: You've planned and run events yourself, beyond staffing a booth, including vendors, budgets, and follow-up.
  • Strong ops foundation: You're comfortable in HubSpot or a similar tool, you understand scoring, routing, and attribution, and you can partner with RevOps on getting them right.
  • Budget ownership: You've managed a marketing budget and paid media, directly or through an agency.
  • Close partner to Sales: You work well with AEs and SDRs, and you measure success by the conversations and deals your programs create.
  • Clear v1s over perfect programs: You launch quickly, learn from the results, and double down on what works.
  • AI-native habits: You use agents and automation tools to avoid doing the same task by hand ten times.
  • Strong Candidates May Also Have
  • Experience at a developer tools, infrastructure, or security company.
  • Experience supporting both self-serve and sales-led funnels.
  • Experience running executive programs or field marketing for enterprise security buyers.
  • Management experience (a plus, not required).
  • Your First 90 Days
  • Build a repeatable event playbook, from choosing events through lead follow-up.
  • Launch your first campaigns and nurture tracks with Sales and RevOps.
  • Create a program calendar and budget plan that Sales and Marketing both use.
  • Share what's working and recommend where to invest next quarter.
  • Who Will Love This Job
  • You like being the person who makes programs run on time and pay off.
  • You measure yourself in pipeline, not activity.
  • You want to build the demand engine for a new category, and help shape the team that scales it.

Benefits

  • Build at the Frontier: Work every day at the frontier of agent-native systems — shipping, inventing, and iterating on technology that hasn’t been built before. You’ll be given huge autonomy, the opportunity to gain mastery, and the chance to work in a team that holds each other accountable to succeed.
  • Truly Agent-Native Culture: At the company, we don’t just enable others to adopt agents — we use them ourselves to build. You’ll help shape an organization that embeds AI into its foundation as an enduring competitive advantage.
  • Compensation With Upside: Market-competitive salaries and generous equity packages (4-year vest, 1-year cliff) give you the security to focus on building — and the asymmetric upside of ownership in a company chasing a category-defining mission.
  • Comprehensive Benefits & Recharge: Health, dental, vision, and paramedical coverage for you and your family, plus 4 weeks vacation, 11 statutory holidays, and 1 volunteer day annually. We encourage at least 2 weeks off each year to fully recharge.
  • Tools That Keep You Ahead: A new MacBook Pro, a $500 stipend for peripherals, and the best AI tools available so you can work at the forefront of agent-native workflows.
  • Remote-First Flexibility: We are a remote-first team prioritizing asynchronous collaboration, with hiring focused in North and South America. Work where you’re strongest — we just want the best.
