Description

The company responds to some of the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping people hit by conflict and disaster recover health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and power over their lives. Founded in 1933 at Albert Einstein's request, it is one of the largest international humanitarian non-governmental organizations, working in more than 40 countries and 29 U.S. cities.

This role sits in the Project Management team and manages the digital platforms that bring in donations and support, which fund life-saving programs for displaced communities worldwide. The team works across a MarTech stack that includes Fundraise Up, Springboard, Drupal, Salesforce CRM, Databricks, Pardot, Mobile Commons and Mogli, and you will own delivery of its enhancements, integrations and new capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Run delivery from start to finish for several MarTech initiatives at once, from scoping and roadmap planning through launch and post-delivery review. Build and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures and product backlogs, and track delivery against time, budget and quality goals.
  • Act as Scrum Master for your project and product teams. Coach them on Agile principles, lead sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and reviews, and clear blockers before they stall work.
  • Send clear, timely status reports on scope, milestones, risks and budget. Speak to audiences from engineers to senior executives and adjust your message for each. Set expectations and build trust across business and technology teams.
  • Track budgets and vendor invoices for your portfolio. Help estimate costs, check spending, and contribute to annual budget planning so projects land within financial targets.
  • Lead business analysis work. Define and track functional and technical requirements, document current and future processes, and coordinate testing. Work closely with Business Analysts so delivery meets real business needs.
  • Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans. Raise issues early, escalate when needed, and keep project leadership ahead of potential blockers.
  • With Product Managers, build product and project roadmaps that balance business priorities with technical realities, supporting a long-term vision for the MarTech portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally on e-commerce systems, donation platforms, website CMS or other marketing technology.
  • A proven record of delivering several concurrent projects on time and within budget.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe or similar.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with everyone from developers to executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to pull insights from data and support decisions.
  • Well organized and self-motivated, able to work independently in a distributed, quick-moving environment.
  • It'd be great if you have:
  • Hands-on experience with any of Fundraise Up, Springboard, Drupal, Salesforce, Pardot or Databricks.
  • Background in non-profit fundraising, digital marketing or supporter engagement.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and project budgets.
  • Knowledge of SDLC approaches, both Waterfall and Agile.
  • Skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio for producing project documents.
  • Bonus points for:
  • A PMP, CSM, CSPO or SAFe certification.
  • Experience in international development, human rights or a related field.
  • An understanding of payment platforms such as Stripe or PayPal.
