Sr ICF Medical Writing Project Manager

Description

The company is a clinical research organisation, and this senior role is based in Europe, with specific locations listed in the posting.

You will lead project work that produces Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and other key clinical research documents, where accuracy and regulatory compliance are essential.

The role is office-based on a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up project timelines, standards, budgets and forecasts.
• Work with cross-functional teams to hit deliverables.
• Track timelines and report project status.
• Spot and fix problems in client management.
• Make sure work follows quality processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience running projects.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work on your own and handle pressure.
• Preferred: a BS/BA in a scientific field plus 5 years' experience, or an advanced degree plus 3 years' experience.
• Experience managing medical writing or clinical projects.
• Preferred: pharmaceutical or CRO industry experience.
• Advantageous: experience in regulatory and/or plain language medical writing.
• Strong skills in project management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of global and regional regulatory guidelines.

Conditions
