Description

The company designs GPUs that act as the processing core of computers, robots and self-driving cars, letting them sense and respond to their surroundings.

The Solutions Architecture team is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to support OEM partners and customers as they build, deploy and run AI Factories.

Research and commercial groups worldwide use the company's products for deep learning, data analytics and accelerated computing. The team works on some of the largest and fastest data centers and supercomputers.

You will spot technical and ecosystem gaps across OEM partners and internal teams, then build programs that improve customer results. The role needs real technical depth and the flexibility to adjust as products, customer needs and the ecosystem change.

You will need to understand the full hardware lifecycle in an AI Factory, from development and integration through deployment, operations and support.

Responsibilities

  • Run technical programs across AI Factory development, deployment and support, working with engineering and OEM partners to close readiness gaps and clear dependencies as customer needs shift.
  • Align technical requirements, partner capabilities and customer expectations across Solutions Architects, Field Application Engineers, sales, account management and engineering.
  • Review how OEM services and support meet the needs of CSP and NCP customers, then build programs to close the gaps. Topics may include technical training, engineering support, product knowledge and debugging, return material authorization (RMA), spares and service readiness.
  • Work with OEM engineering, supply chain and support teams to understand their problems, shape joint plans and resolve technical issues alongside the company's experts. Coordinate targeted training and knowledge transfer with SAs, FAEs and engineering to build OEM capability.
  • Brief OEM and internal leadership on opportunities, technical and business impact, and decisions. Set clear ownership and milestones, and standardize templates, trackers, dashboards and reviews for partner programs, deployment services and leadership updates.
  • Feed field data, customer and partner feedback and engineering findings into changes to partner workflows, deployment execution and operating processes. Turn lessons into repeatable improvements to products, tooling, OEM training and lifecycle support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise or hyperscale data centers, hardware systems or related infrastructure, including leading cross-functional technical programs.
  • Working knowledge of the hardware lifecycle, from development and validation through deployment and support, in large-scale AI infrastructure.
  • Enough technical depth to work with engineering on the company's or comparable AI systems, understand product architecture and system dependencies, and lead debugging and issue resolution with technical experts.
  • Ability to bring structure to unclear problems, set ownership and measurable outcomes, and change priorities as technology and customer needs change.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills: detailed technical discussions with OEM engineering, supply chain and support teams, and clear communication of program direction, tradeoffs and decisions to leadership.
  • Proven record of influencing outcomes and driving accountability without direct authority across engineering, customer-facing teams and external partners.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.
  • Ways to stand out: experience working directly with OEM or ODM partners and CSP or NCP customers on AI or HPC systems, infrastructure deployment or lifecycle support.
  • Ways to stand out: knowledge of the company's products and AI Factory infrastructure, including accelerated computing, networking and system-level debugging.
  • Ways to stand out: experience building ecosystem capability or closing gaps in engineering enablement, service delivery, RMA, spares or support, with proven gains in customer results.
