What you'll be doing...

We are looking for a visionary Creative Technologist to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This isn’t a role for a passive observer; it’s for a hybrid pioneer who thrives at the intersection of artistic imagination and cutting-edge artificial intelligence, crafting distinctive visual content and revolutionizing our creative workflows.

You will report directly to the Senior Managing Director of Creative, Technology and Innovation within the company's In-house Creative Agency. Serving as a vital force in shaping the future of the company experiences, you will partner closely with strategy, creative, product, media, data, and technology teams—bringing a highly computational, forward-leaning creative lens to turn complex, data-driven problems into highly innovative, intelligent brand solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-Driven Innovation: Conceptualize, prototype, and deliver cutting-edge applications of emerging technologies across digital, physical, experiential, and studio-related projects.
  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as the ultimate translator between business partners, creatives, and developers—speaking the language of all three to transform complex, imaginative ideas into technically sound and beautiful realities.
  • R&D and Tinkering: Lead hands-on technical exploration, original R&D, and prototyping. Build functional proofs-of-concept by testing new APIs, creative tech pipelines, and machine learning models.
  • Scale Creative Pipelines: Partner with cross-functional teams to outline technical requirements, ushering ambitious projects safely into the development stage while preserving creative intent.
  • Thought Leadership in AI: Act as the creative studio's resident expert on how AI integrates into film, photo, animation, post-production, and digital design workflows, keeping the company at the absolute forefront of creative technology.
  • Future-Proof the Brand: Scan the horizon of emerging tech, keeping a pulse on the AI and creative technology landscape to advise leadership on which platforms, systems, and technologies we should invest in next.
  • AI as Your Creative Co-Pilot
  • We don't just adopt technology; we pioneer it. At the company, we believe AI shouldn’t replace human genius—it should liberate it. In this role, you won't just tolerate GenAI; you will champion it to supercharge our creative development pipeline. We leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate brainstorming, execute rapid visual prototyping, and smash through routine generation bottlenecks. We expect you to treat AI as an expansive, collaborative canvas—using it to test the boundaries of "what if" at lightning speed, freeing up your team to focus on what matters most: deeply human, authentic, and jaw-dropping storytelling.

Requirements

  • You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Six or more years of experience in creative technology and innovation leadership roles within digital agencies, innovation labs, or world-class in-house creative teams, with a proven track record of leading AI-fueled creative programs.
  • A digital creative native who lives comfortably at the intersection of storytelling, engineering, and artificial intelligence. You possess a rare blend of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on maker capabilities.
  • Hands-on fluency with node-based, computational creative tools and generative environments (e.g., ComfyUI, Weavy, Flora, Krea) and procedural/real-time systems (e.g., TouchDesigner, Houdini, Notch, Cavalry, Unreal Engine).
  • Experience orchestrating multiple generative models and APIs into single, coherent pipelines. You possess an intimate understanding of each model's capability boundaries—their "jagged frontiers"—and how to push past them.
  • Experience building intelligent content pipelines, design systems, e-commerce applications, and personalized user experiences (UX) at scale.
  • Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A Master’s Degree.
  • Proven experience navigating, scaling, and delivering high-stakes creative for a major Fortune 100 brand. You know how to make a massive enterprise move with the agility of a startup.
  • A deep, uncompromising passion for typography, design, photography, cinematography, and motion graphics. You know what looks good, and more importantly, why it works.
  • If the company and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.
  • Where you’ll be working
  • In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours
  • 40
