Description

The role is product marketing manager, focused on go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning and revenue growth across an established product portfolio.

The company is a unified risk intelligence and response platform used by some of the largest companies in the world to protect people and assets during emergencies. It has more than 4,000 clients, a customer NPS of 70+, and a 7+ year history of AI innovation.

The company is PE-backed and one of the fastest-growing software companies in the United States, and the team is growing to meet rising demand.

You will work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation and Content to sharpen positioning, improve sales results, and drive adoption and revenue. You will own initiatives from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans for assigned products, turning capabilities into customer value and clear competitive differentiation.
  • Assess market opportunities, buyer needs, product performance and commercial data to find growth areas and build focused plans.
  • Work with Product on roadmap priorities, support launches, and make sure new capabilities are positioned for adoption.
  • Analyze pipeline, conversion rates, win and loss trends and customer insights to find ways to lift revenue.
  • Work with Sales and Revenue Enablement on sales narratives, competitive strategy, enablement tools and programs.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Content on targeted campaigns that support acquisition, expansion and revenue goals.
  • Build deep knowledge of customer needs, buying behavior, use cases and competitors.
  • Talk directly with customers, prospects and customer-facing staff to learn what drives value and find growth opportunities.
  • Turn customer feedback, competitive intelligence and market trends into clear recommendations for Product, Sales and Marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, manage priorities and drive projects from plan to delivery.
  • Set success metrics, track results and refine strategies to improve adoption, pipeline, conversion and revenue.
  • Explain insights, recommendations and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership, linking marketing work to business outcomes.
  • Use AI tools to speed up market research, competitive analysis, messaging, content and go-to-market work.
  • Test AI-powered workflows and automation to improve the productivity, quality and scale of product marketing work.
  • Share new approaches and help the wider team work more effectively.

Requirements

  • You think analytically and commercially, connecting customer needs, product capabilities and market opportunities to growth.
  • You go beyond messaging and launch materials, understanding what makes customers buy and what helps sales win.
  • You solve problems and take ownership, bringing structure to complex work and moving projects forward across teams.
  • You balance strategy with hands-on execution and measure your results.
  • You are curious and resourceful, willing to try new approaches, including AI, and you question how things are done.
  • You are a collaborative partner and clear communicator who builds trust and follows through, and you are accountable for outcomes, not just deliverables.
  • Required: 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, with a record of building and running go-to-market strategies.
  • Required: Strong commercial and analytical skills, including use of CRM data, pipeline reports, competitive insights and performance metrics.
  • Required: A proven ability to write strong positioning and differentiated messaging, and to build sales enablement and go-to-market programs that deliver measurable results.
  • Required: A self-starting, entrepreneurial approach, able to own projects independently, handle ambiguity, solve problems and drive work to completion.
  • Required: Strong cross-functional and project leadership skills, able to align stakeholders, manage competing priorities and influence without direct authority.
  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex ideas and give clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Required: Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, speed up research, create content or streamline workflows, with a drive to keep learning.
  • Required: Resourceful and results-driven, comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Required: Based in the Austin metro area and comfortable working in a hybrid model.
  • Preferred: Experience growing established B2B SaaS products through acquisition, expansion or adoption initiatives.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, marketing automation platforms and product analytics tools.
  • Preferred: Experience in security, emergency management, business continuity or adjacent enterprise software markets.
  • Preferred: Experience at a growth-stage company, helping to build scalable processes and repeatable go-to-market motions.
