The Business Analyst supports the Global Threat Technology group inside Security Operations. The work centres on documenting requirements, coordinating operational deliverables, improving reporting, and turning Security Operations data into insights management can act on. You will work with CsIRT, SORT, OSM, GRC and technology stakeholders to make Security Operations clearer, more consistent and better executed.

Responsibilities

• Collect, write up and confirm business requirements for SecOps metrics, dashboards, workflow changes and governance routines.
• Prepare OSM reporting packages and track KPIs and KRIs, action items and regular management updates.
• Keep process documents, meeting records, intake trackers and evidence packs current for audits, exams and leadership requests.
• Work with technical teams to turn operational needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements that can be built.
• Find ways to simplify workflows, raise data quality and cut manual reporting across Security Operations.
• Coordinate stakeholders and follow dependencies, risks, decisions and deliverables until they are complete.

Requirements

• Experience as a business analyst, operations analyst, project analyst or a similar role in technology, cybersecurity, risk or financial services.
• Strong written communication, with the ability to condense complex operational information for management.
• Working knowledge of requirements documentation, process mapping, KPI and metrics reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Preferred: familiarity with cybersecurity operations, incident response, threat management, audit or regulatory requests, or control environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. Preferred: experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, and comfortable handling several workstreams at once in a busy operational setting.
• Right to work in Ireland, held at the time of application and for the whole period of employment.
• The company cannot sponsor employment permits for this role, including Critical Skills, General, Intra-Company Transfer and Stamp 1G permissions, or any other permit under Irish immigration rules.
