Description

The company develops world-leading technologies in energy, food, water and shipping, and its start-up culture, built over 140 years, pushes for both growth and new ideas.

The People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning function is hiring a Global People Analytics and HR AI Specialist. The role suits someone with a few years of experience in people analytics, HR systems, work technology or a related field, who wants to shape how data and technology lead to better people decisions.

You do not need deep experience in every area. The team looks first for analytical ability, technical curiosity, the ability to work with people, and the drive to build something new.

The job mixes hands-on analysis with coordination, stakeholder management and project work. You will partner with HR colleagues across the organization to turn business and people questions into useful insights, practical solutions and better ways of working.

The role focuses on analysis and coordination, and on helping HR test, judge and adopt new technology, including automation and AI, with an eye on practical use, responsible use and value. It does not cover routine HR reporting or building AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support HR colleagues in using data and analytics to answer business and people questions.
  • Help set up and run day to day coordination of an HR AI centre of excellence, where colleagues explore use cases, share experience and adopt AI responsibly.
  • Co-design and deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Maintain and coordinate the established employee survey processes and the Glint platform, keeping delivery reliable and improving it where needed.
  • Coordinate data requests and analyses for annual and sustainability reporting, plus ad hoc decision support.
  • Contribute to team deliveries as the function's scope grows.

Requirements

  • A few years of experience combining HR with analytics, business intelligence or technology.
  • Strong technical curiosity and quick learning of new systems and tools.
  • Real interest in working out how AI can be put to practical use in HR.
  • A strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience working with data.
  • The ability to turn a business question into a precise analytical one, and to test and challenge interpretations critically.
  • Interest in responsible technology use, including data privacy, acceptable use and ethics, or willingness to learn about them.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative way of working.
  • A proactive attitude and a drive to make a practical difference.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Meriting: non-technical HR experience.
  • Meriting: experience with Workday, Glint or Azure.
  • Meriting: project management or coordinator experience.
  • An advantage: experience with employee surveys, people analytics, change management or AI adoption, though deep specialist experience is not required.

Conditions

The role is hybrid, with regular presence in the Lund office and work with colleagues across the company.

Priority goes to candidates who currently live in Lund or already have an established presence in the area, although applicants from other locations are typically welcome.

Applications must be submitted by November 15th, 2026. The company does not accept applications by email, in line with GDPR.

Candidates take Pymetrics behavioural assessments, which are invited after applying.

Background checks are run on final candidates, and alcohol and drug testing is part of pre-employment screening.

The company welcomes diverse applicants and values an inclusive workplace.

Benefits

  • Join a successful, collaborative team at a time when people analytics and AI are growing quickly.
  • Help shape the company's approach to employee listening and help build new HR AI practices.
  • Build your skills across analytics, technology, stakeholder management and change leadership.
  • Questions about the role can go to Vice President People Analytics and Strategic Insights Andreas Joviken or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Nathalie Kalmér.
  • Union contacts are Johan Ranhög for Akademikerna, Monica Anderberg for Unionen and Stefan Sandell for Ledarna.
