Description

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

Are you passionate about combining technical knowledge with sales and business development? Do you enjoy working closely with customers and helping them find solutions that improve performance and reliability?

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Engineer to lead our Service and Spare Parts sales activities across the Baltic countries. In this role, you will combine technical sales, customer support, relationship management, and business development to help our customers get the most value from their Alfa Laval solutions.

You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to develop business opportunities, strengthen long-term relationships, and drive growth across the region.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for service and spare parts products.

Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

Provide technical advice and guidance on product selection, installation, maintenance, and service solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and prospective clients.

Manage sales targets and KPIs, with responsibility for achieving revenue goals.

Coordinate with Service, Customer Support, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Support customers throughout the sales process and help them identify practical, value-adding solutions.

What You Bring:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in technical sales, business development, or service and parts sales.

A proven track record of managing sales teams or business activities, preferably in the Baltic region.

A strong understanding of technical products and solutions.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

A customer-focused and commercially driven approach.

Professional fluency in English and either Lithuanian or Latvian.
