Senior Solutions Architect, NVIDIA Cloud Partners

Description

The company builds GPU cloud infrastructure and AI solutions, and this role supports customers who are building on its newest AI hardware and software.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers on proof-of-concepts and projects in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

You will work with a range of internal teams on performance analysis and modeling of inference software, in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role suits someone comfortable in a changing environment with experience in Generative AI, LLMs and GPU technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work with the company Cloud Partners to design, deploy and bring into operation the company's hardware and software solutions.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers and other business leads to find and close opportunities for the company's products and solutions.
• Serve as the main technical contact for customers across the full lifecycle of large GPU cloud infrastructure, from development and construction through to production.
• Hold regular technical meetings with customers covering project and product details, feature discussions, new technologies and debugging.
• Build proof-of-concepts with customers that address critical business needs, including networking and compute infrastructure.
• Prepare and deliver technical material for customers, such as presentations and workshops.
• Analyze performance and scaling problems with customers and develop joint solutions.

Requirements

• Hold a BS, MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or another engineering field, or have equivalent experience.
• Be motivated and skilled enough to lead technical engagements with customers across their full lifecycle.
• Have 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or Cloud Engineering, working directly with partners and customers.
• Have built and deployed large-scale cluster environments.
• Have hands-on experience designing, developing and running data centers for AI and HPC.
• Manage your time well and handle several tasks at once, communicating ideas clearly in documents, presentations and similar formats.
• It would set you apart to have practical experience with the company hardware, such as GPUs, Ethernet and InfiniBand networking, and storage, in large AI and HPC clusters.
• It would set you apart to have practical knowledge of the company systems technology such as NCCL, DCGM, UFM, Mission Control and Base Command Manager.
• It would set you apart to be familiar with large-scale GPU systems, including performance testing and AI benchmarking.
• It would set you apart to have practical experience with cluster administration and coordination using tools such as SLURM and Kubernetes (K8s).

Conditions

Base salary depends on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar roles, and ranges from 184,000 USD to 287,500 USD.
