You will own selected PMO processes and solutions end to end, giving management and project teams reliable data, scalable reporting and efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate understands project and portfolio management and has hands-on skills in Power BI, Databricks, SharePoint and workflow automation.

Position is in Gratkorn, Austria, full-time.

  • Own the full digitalized Business Case process: quarterly submissions, coordinating stakeholders, validating data quality, managing confidential business cases on SharePoint, automated approval workflows, access and security concepts, and analytics.
  • Drive improvement and adoption of reporting and Business Case solutions: gather requirements, run UAT, roll out solutions, write documentation, train stakeholders, troubleshoot, and keep optimizing processes and platforms.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, project management, information systems, data analytics, engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in PMO, project or portfolio management, business analytics, reporting or process digitalization.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Power BI, including semantic models, reporting and data visualization.
  • Experience with Databricks, data engineering or modern data platforms is highly desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of SharePoint and workflow or process automation.
  • Understanding of project governance, project and resource management, business cases and management reporting.
  • Ability to turn business requirements into scalable technical and analytical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
