About the Role

You’ll own the marketing strategy and activation for assigned events and field marketing programs, within an agreed event calendar and level of marketing support. You’ll define how NIQ shows up, what we communicate, and how we engage priority audiences before, during, and after each event.

This role combines independent program ownership with hands-on execution and guidance from the Events and Partner Marketing lead and North America Marketing Leader.

NIQ’s North America Marketing team partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing to engage customers and prospects and support business growth. You’ll work directly with commercial teams and draw on NIQ’s data, insights, and industry expertise to create relevant marketing programs and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site activations, coordinating with Marketing Operations on logistics and owning selected logistics tasks as agreed.
  • Execute timely post-event campaigns that connect attendee interests with relevant content, meetings, or solution discussions.
  • Coordinate lead capture, qualification, and routing with Sales and marketing partners; monitor follow-up and escalate gaps.
  • Report on audience engagement, lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline contribution, using findings to improve future programs.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Events engage the intended audiences, qualified interest reaches Sales with actionable context, and timely follow-up supports progression toward pipeline.

Requirements

  • What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant B2B marketing experience, typically gained over 3+ years in event marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation.

  • Experience partnering with Sales on customer outreach and engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage overlapping timelines and stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and recommend practical improvements.
  • Travel: Approximately 25% within the United States
