Description

The Global Digital Hub is based in Budapest, within the company Services & Solutions Center. The hub strengthens the company's digital capabilities worldwide by supporting central initiatives in social media management, brand support, digital publishing, marketing automation, copywriting and creative design.

You will own the marketing content that Solution Marketing and the affiliates take to market, from the brief to the approved release. That covers the product and portfolio package: customer presentations, sell sheets, sales playbooks, funnel campaign content, brand and retail content, and content for solution and enterprise marketing initiatives. You take each request from intake through drafting, adaptation, quality control, medical-legal review and release, and you answer for what ships. You run the approval workflow in Veeva Vault and keep the compliance record for the assets you own.

You work autonomously with little supervision inside the agreed scope. You read the approved marketing strategy, brand standards and global templates, decide how each piece is built, and plan your own work. You approve content against brand, medical-legal and quality standards. You also find root causes behind recurring content problems, set realistic expectations with requesters, and raise a scope change when a request falls outside what was agreed. You are the day-to-day content contact for the product lines and campaigns you hold, and you help shape projects that extend the content services. You advise Solution Marketing on what content is feasible, how much time it takes and what it can achieve.

Responsibilities

  • Take marketing assets from intake through drafting, adaptation and approved release, and keep the quality high at each step.
  • Turn complex scientific and technical product information into clear, accurate and engaging sales and campaign material, including customer presentations, sales playbooks and multi-channel assets.
  • Move materials through medical-legal and regulatory review in tools such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, keep approval records ready for audit, and resolve reviewer comments with the team.
  • Write tailored B2B assets for clinical, laboratory and enterprise decision-makers, or adapt brand and retail assets for consumer healthcare channels in different global markets.
  • Plan your deliverables across several parallel initiatives, find the causes of review bottlenecks, and keep improving templates and standard operating procedures.
  • Coach colleagues on content quality, the review process and brand guidelines, and contribute your expertise to cross-functional squads and service improvements.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience producing B2B marketing collateral, multi-channel campaigns or commercial sales enablement materials.
  • Preferably experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics or life sciences.
  • Proven experience moving content through formal review and approval platforms such as Veeva Vault or similar digital asset review systems.
  • Clear, fluent English, and the ability to build trust, align different stakeholders and handle feedback diplomatically.
  • You work well on your own, manage several priorities with structured organization, and pay close attention to detail.
