Description

The company is building a new enterprise measurement system for marketing, grounded in causality, incrementality and continuous optimization, to move from reporting on performance to improving it.

This leader sets the measurement frameworks, operating model and talent needed to meet current demand and build a future-state capability. The role defines how marketing value is measured, validated and used across channels, campaigns and customer segments, so that marketing spend is backed by solid evidence and steadily optimized for ROI and growth.

This is a senior role that mixes strategy with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

  • Set the marketing measurement strategy, including how marketing impact, success metrics and standards are defined across all channels and business units.
  • Design and build next-generation frameworks centred on incrementality, causality and true lift.
  • Create one consistent method for judging marketing performance that feeds directly into investment and optimization choices.
  • Build and run always-on experiments (A/B tests, geo-lift and holdout tests) as part of campaign execution.
  • Apply causal inference methods rigorously to isolate real marketing impact.
  • Spread experimentation as a core discipline across Marketing, Media and Growth teams.
  • Turn measurement results into clear recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting and creative changes.
  • Connect measurement to live decisions and to future planning cycles so the results drive action.
  • Make sure insights improve performance, not just describe outcomes.
  • Own the measurement direction across the marketing data and technology stack.
  • Specify requirements for data integration and cross-channel measurement.
  • Work with Advanced Analytics, Data and MarTech teams to deliver scalable, automated measurement.
  • Build the Marketing Effectiveness Measurement function from scratch, covering operating model, processes and people.
  • Bring in external partners where useful, while moving ownership and capability in-house and offshore.
  • Align Growth Marketing, Media, Finance and Product teams on KPIs, measurement standards and decision frameworks.
  • Make measurement a core input to investment decisions and marketing planning.
  • Explain complex analysis to senior stakeholders in terms of business impact.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, experimentation and causal inference.
  • A track record of building and growing measurement systems and teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern marketing analytics tools and ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to link analytics to business results, investment choices and ROI.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Conditions

The base salary range for this role is $158,800.00 to $238,200.00. Actual pay within that range depends on factors such as location, candidate experience and skills.

Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive, where any award depends on individual and company performance and the program's rules.

Benefits

  • Market-competitive base salary with yearly bonus potential at every level.
  • Medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off and leave, including parental and military leave.
  • 401(k) with company match up to 4%.
  • Company-funded pension plan.
  • Wellness reimbursement of up to $1,600 a year for items supporting personal wellbeing.
  • Work/life resources covering parenting, housing, senior care, finances, pets, legal matters, education, mental health and career development.
  • Education benefit to help fund traditional college enrollment toward an approved degree and many accredited certificates.
  • Employee stock purchase plan: shares bought at 85% of the lower of the price at the start or end of the purchase period.
  • Some benefits may not apply to part-time employees scheduled for fewer than 20 hours a week.
