Description

The company makes thermal management and mission-critical building systems and works on energy efficiency and decarbonization. Its customers run data centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, advanced factories and universities. It has operated for more than 140 years.

This role supports marketing operations and campaign execution for the Americas, with the goal of growing revenue, pipeline, opportunities and captured leads. The work is fast and results-driven, in a matrixed structure, and you will deal with people from executives to early-career staff.

It is an individual contributor role, but you will represent the VP of Marketing for the Americas and lead through influence across marketing functions, Sales, P&L leaders and the Marketing Leadership Team. A traditional marketing background is not required. Experience in management consulting, manufacturing, financial services or leadership development is relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives as the VP of Marketing directs.
  • Set project goals, KPIs, timelines, owners and resource needs.
  • Keep deliverables on track so teams finish on schedule.
  • Review monthly results to find gaps, trends and root causes, then recommend fixes.
  • Present findings and progress updates to leadership.
  • Work with central marketing teams on operational excellence, covering problem diagnosis, data analysis, workshop facilitation, action plans and delivery of solutions using structured improvement methods.
  • Build and run the annual marketing budget process, lead monthly and quarterly budget reviews with owners, and track spend.
  • Write newsletters, town hall decks, executive updates and emails for internal audiences, and coordinate with Internal Communications.
  • Plan annual campaigns across HVAC & Controls, Fire & Security and the digital building platform segment, support quarterly business reviews, and align marketing teams on execution.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in a high-performance setting, with proven results in project planning and management, cross-functional coordination, initiative execution and performance analysis.
  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at every level of seniority.
  • Be self-starting and driven by results.
  • Organize well and manage several priorities on your own from start to finish.
  • Analyze data and logic to support sound decisions.
  • Produce executive-ready Excel workbooks, PowerPoint decks, written communications and reports.
  • Manage your time well and work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Communicate clearly in English and adjust your style for each audience.
  • Adapt quickly, shift priorities, and handle urgent or unplanned requests.
  • Engage directly with customers and field teams on site to learn their challenges firsthand.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Preferred: a master's degree (MBA, Marketing, Communications or a related field).
  • Bonus: experience in management consulting, structured leadership development programs, manufacturing or marketing operations.
  • Bonus: using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Bonus: working with Sales teams on sales enablement and marketing program delivery.
  • Bonus: knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 80/20 or similar operational excellence methods.

Conditions

The salary is competitive, with a base range of $120,000-150,000, set by education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity and market data.

The posted range is the target pay. If your background goes beyond it, you are encouraged to apply.

Travel up to 50%, working from customer sites, company branch locations or other business sites as needed.

Technology-assisted tools, including AI, may help screen and evaluate candidates, but human reviewers make all hiring decisions.

Benefits

  • A bonus plan based on individual, group and company performance.
  • A competitive benefits package.
  • Paid vacation, holidays and sick time.
  • 401K, medical, dental and vision coverage.
  • On-the-job and cross-training opportunities.
  • A collaborative, supportive team.
  • A commitment to safety under the Zero Harm policy.
