Description

Make the brand real everywhere — own implementation across partnerships, stores, signage, digital platforms and other customer touchpoints, from initial brief to final execution

Own activations end to end — plan, localize, execute and evaluate partnerships, events, sponsorships and brand activations across our European markets

Own the money behind the work — manage activation budgets, agencies, ambassadors and external partners; negotiate costs, challenge spend and know what business impact we get in return

Turn global into locally relevant — work closely with our markets, understand local customer and cultural differences and make sure campaigns land without losing the strength of the global brand

Keep the machine running — manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines and risks at the same time, spot problems early and solve them before they slow execution down

Raise the standard — protect brand consistency, challenge weak execution and turn learnings into better playbooks, processes and standards that scale across markets

Requirements

  • You understand brand marketing end to end — 5+ years of hands-on experience across brand implementation, activations, localization, partnerships and measurement
  • You are an operator, not just a strategist — you enjoy getting into the details, solving problems yourself and taking projects from an idea on a slide to something customers actually experience
  • You have owned meaningful budgets yourself — you can allocate spend, negotiate with partners, challenge costs and connect investment decisions to measurable impact
  • You can run a lot at once — multiple markets, projects, agencies and stakeholders don't overwhelm you; you prioritize hard and keep execution moving
  • You take ownership and move fast — you don't wait for perfect information or for someone else to take the lead; you identify what needs to happen and make it happen
  • High standards, low ego — you challenge agencies, markets and senior stakeholders when needed, take feedback yourself and care more about the outcome than who had the idea
  • Good or High German level: C1
  • Additional Information
  • Real ownership from day one — activations, budgets, partners and implementation sit directly in your hands
  • European scope — shape how our brands show up across markets, channels and customer touchpoints
  • Work in a fast-moving, international environment with colleagues from 90+ nationalities
  • Dedicated education budget for courses, conferences and professional development
  • Flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation and a modern office in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg — surrounded by some of the city’s best cafés, restaurants and creative energy
  • Employee discounts across brands including Flaconi, Bosch, Apple and Sky, plus special offers on used cars
  • 2 year dixed term contract.

  • Company Description
  • We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager (f/m/x) who knows how to turn brand strategy into reality — across markets, channels and every customer touchpoint.
  • This is not a role for someone who develops concepts and hands them over. We need a hands-on brand operator who works in the engine room: running activations, owning budgets and partners, solving implementation problems and making sure our brands show up consistently wherever customers meet them.
  • You will report directly to our Team Lead Brand Marketing. We give you ownership; we expect you to move fast, manage complexity and drive things across the finish line.
