The company needs a hands-on editor and social media creative to turn raw footage into short-form content that stops people scrolling and builds relevance across platforms.

You will own how the brand appears online and test ideas, angles and storytelling to find what performs and grows with the right audience.

Music drives this role, so a strong sense of rhythm, pacing and musical timing is essential for translating sound into visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• You shape footage, photos and other creative assets into polished short videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and newer platforms.
• You handle the whole edit yourself, covering narrative, pacing, sound design, colour grading, motion graphics and captions.
• You cut to the beat, match visuals to audio and make every edit feel deliberate and emotionally charged.
• You develop and pitch original formats, series and story concepts, using audience insight, platform knowledge and cultural awareness to grow reach and engagement.
• You stay immersed in online culture, track platform shifts, editing styles, audio trends and creator formats, and share what you learn with the team.
• You work with marketing, content and growth colleagues, review results with key stakeholders and refine output using data and audience feedback.
• You keep quality consistent across everything published, organise assets and workflows efficiently, and iterate quickly on new creative ideas.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, social content, music content, creator content, agency work or a similar creative role.
• You submit a showreel or portfolio of strong editing work for social formats. This is mandatory, and applications without work samples will not be considered.
• You are highly skilled in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, or comparable software, and can deliver finished content from raw footage to export on your own.
• You have an excellent feel for rhythm, pacing and music-led storytelling, editing precisely to the beat and using music to build emotion and momentum.
• You know Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and digital culture well, can spot trends, develop engaging formats and create content that drives engagement.

Conditions

The minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2.535 gross per month, which the company must disclose by law for this role. Actual pay is market-based and sits well above that minimum.
